Most larger cities will have one. Just find a civilized area and go. Keep in mind that not all libraries are open to the public.

Kariston Is this in reference to the Akashic Records? I have heard the Akashic Records go by the name "Astral Library", but I cannot remember where. So, I think that's what he's going for. I'll post some more on this when I have more time. ^_^ For Spring Break, I'm pretty busy!

Akashic Records are a part of the astral lybrary, the rest is full of books non-fiction and fiction alike.

divinitywolf so you dont have to astral project to get to the library? Well there is a couple ways to get there without actuel AP but they are not relible.

Anytime there is an astral city, you can bet that it will have an astral library too. I mean come on, how else are astral entities gonna do their research? Well most the time when I say "astral Library" im refering to the big one that isnt located in any city. Then why not give it another name? Astral library is a bit broad. And "the big one" may not have all the info you need. No one library is going to have all the information you can want about everything you need. Thats a big misconception and gets people very frusterated. Different libraries specialize in different kinds of information, just like libraries on this plane.

I used to inter-library loan a lot of things from the Astral Library... then I lost my library card. sad
