***Danna's Stats***

User ImageName: Danna
(Outsider Name: Sarah Jackson)
(Age: 20)
Stage: One
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 135 lbs
Hair: deepest olive
Skin: honey copper
Eyes: olive
Alignment: Choleric
Orientation: Journeyman
Bonding Day: April 2007
Likes: Hybrids, Melancholy Boys, the Professors Tryna, Quenda and Lelaus, cooking warm food especially poached eggs or pasta. Eating, music of all kinds and learning new things.
Dislikes: Being unprepared, her own appearance, her difficulty in initiating conversation, not being well-rounded enough.
Personality: Danna is a warm and caring person, with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of those she knows. She often takes care of those around her, if given the chance. While not a particularily ambitious girl, Danna's only hope is to make herself strong enough and capable enough to be of some use to her fellows and her city. She is not shy, but over-self-conscious of being judged poorly, and is always worried that she won't meet with expectations. She is a little awkward in initiating converation, but does like to be around people. She is not exceptional in anyway, though she is far better with botany and crafting than she'd ever give herself credit, and she often is overlooked by both teachers and classmates. Give her a chance, and you'll have a steadfast friend for life.
Goals: To impress Astaroth so that she might count him among her friends, to create a perfect Golem for him, to take care of Cyhpr so that he doesn't get into trouble, and to make herself worthy of even Regulus' company.

***Danna's Tome***

***School Notes***

Chromatics:
Green - Green is a colour of invitation, used to attract monsters and other wild beasts. Though it is used for trappig purposes, it also weakens the user to the strengths of the one being tricked. It is also associated with rejuvination, envy, avarice, jealousy, and health of the natural world.
Black - Black is a colour of protection, mostly against hexes but also against ill-luck. It represents complexity, darkness, solidarity, difficulty, and evil, though black is usually used to mark the presence of evil as opposed to beig an evil colour in its own right. Black is the absence of the other colours.
Brown - Brown is a colour of earth, stability, strength, honesty and beginning.

Golem Crafting:
The first stage of a Golem is selecting or finding an appropriate Golem Shard. Golem Shards are manifest pieces of Essence that hold a memory of something long since lost, such as extinct monsters and creatures, metaphysical concepts and sources of power. The apprearance of your Golem will be based on the qualities of the Golem Shard you grow it from. The first stage looks merely like the Shard you have selected.
The second stage is when your Shard is incubating in the Kiln. During this stage the essences and inherant properties of your Shard begin to manifest and grow. Light, shadow, smoke, ice, steam, poison, gas, metal, rock, dew, webs, threads, spines, or other qualities may begin to appear. This is the most tempermental stage, as negleor lack of care during this stage can result in the death of your Golem before it has even hatched. During this second stage, the Empyrean must attend to their Golem Shard three times. Talk to it, explain who you are, tell it why you growing it, the qualities you wish it to develope. Such things can be, strength for battle, clarity of mind, whether or not you wish to teach it to speak, and other such communications. Keep in mind, Golems cannot learn Magic, only Abberations can. When you feel you've given your Golem sufficient love and teaching, return to the Kiln where you initiated the ncubation, and the Golem Incubation Tecian will perform the final task, and your Golem will be born.
The third, and final stage, is the birth of Golem. At this point, your Golem will be hatched and to begin to serve you in battle or other assistances. We recommend you wait at least two days before srging off into battle with it, but this is out of courtesy to your Golem. It has just been born after all. his stage, you need to name your Golem, and teach it its name. If you wish to have it Certed to a Technoring, you'll need to go to Metro to do so.

Mudras:
BUDDHI MUDRA: Tip of little finger (Mercury) touches tip of thumb, with the other three fingers held together and upright for clear and intuitive communication. Bhuddi Mudra is useful for communicating through the silent mind with comrades and friends. It is most commonly used to communicate with familiars, beasts and if the weilder is talented enough, to reason with monsters.
-3% ~ when used for silent communication with animals (familiars, beasts, and monsters) and allies
MAHASIRS MUDRA: hold the tips of the first and second finger to the tip of the thumb, fold the ring finger flat to the palm, hold the little finger up straight. Mahasirs is a first aid mudra, assisting in the replenishment of chakra energy, and directing this energy to help wounds heal faster. It can also help the mind recover from offesive magic more quickly.
-5% ~ when used for first-aid and chakra recharging purposes
LING MUDRA: Press the middle and ring finger together and out towards the thumb, touching their tips; let the first and last fingers float naturally out along side the stretched fingers. Helps fight the effects of poisons, infections, toxins and congestion in the chest.
-3% ~ when used to fight toxins

Literature:
An Active sentence is one in which the actor moves or effects and object, by way of a verb.
A Passive sentence is one in which an object is affected by another object by way of a verb.
We use Active sentences to direct magic out at others, and Passive sentences to direct magic back upon our selves or our allies. It is important,when wording your spells, to make sure you word them correctly, or the effect may land upon the wrong target!

Law:
1. No Empyrean below Stage 1 may cast magic.
2. No Empyrean (save Grigori) may initiate conflict outside of the Battle Arena while within Empyrean's walls.
3. No Monster may be domestically kept without official certificate.
4. No Empyrean below Stage 2 may talk to or with an Outsider.
5. No Empyrean below Stage 1 may leave the White District.
6. No Empyrean below Stage 2 may leave the Coloured Districts.
7. Only Empyreans on their Transition from Stage 2 to Stage 3 may leave the City, and only with a Certificate of Passage.
8. All Empyreans must obey the wishes of Grigori.
9. All Empyreans must obey the Decrees of the Chorus.
10. All Empyreans must obey the Laws of the Metatrons.

Crafting:
Drawing (used in Golem creation, design and Geometrics)
Sculpting (used in Golem creation, Hybrid creation, icons)
Painting (used in portraits, Golem Creation and Custom items)

Cooking:
Chiron Style: Chiron style is when you reuse other materials, such as melting down the gold from a mixing bowl to fill the gold quota from a spell or recipee. The benefit of this is that it causes twice the amount of antidote to remedy the effects of the potion. It also means that it can combate other potinos that are of higher strength.
2. Stardust * Stardust is like Tinkerbell's pixie dust. It enables you to hover, jump, and fly higher than your normal restriction by double the height!
Windflower is the flower required for Stardust.
3. Fire Drops * This liquid ignites when it hits oxygen and starts a flame that will catch on whatever it has been dropped onto...even if that surface is not generally flammable!
St. Ignatius Bean is the plant you will need to make Fire Drops.

Philosophy:
Egyptian Mythology interests me. I'm going to study up on these gods before I begin attempts at prayers.
Bes~ home protector god
Isis~ protective goddess, wife of Osiris, mother of Horus.
Ptah~ god of craftsmen

Botany:
Hybrids:
Fauna Hybrids:
Fauna Hybrids can be created by mixing any of the currently existing mammals, birds, amphibeans, reptiles, marsupials, or crustaceans.

Flora Hybrids:
Flora Hybrids can be created by mixing any of the currently existing flowers, weeds, trees, shrubs, lichins, fungi or mosses.

Animus Hybrids:
Animus Hybrids can be created by mixing at least one Flora Sample and at least one Fauna Sample.

History:
~Plastique is made from the Blood of the Planet, and poisons the air, soil and people it contacts. The Outsiders continue to use it to this day
~The Foreigners attacked the Kanadins and the Merikans in World War Four, which lead to the creation/evolution of Empyreans and Outsiders respectively.
~ Empyreans sacrificed higher technology in exchange for health and magic.

Animal Care:
Golems: Golems are grown from Golem Shards, and must be stored in Certed Technorings to allow them to recuperate after use. Similar to Abberations, Golems are raised as assistants in battle or duels. They cannot learn Magic, but are capable of learning physical attacks, and each tends to have a specialty attack unique to it alone. Golem Shards can be purchased or found in the Outside ruins. They are the remnants of ancient powers long since extinct from the world. In appearance, each Golem reflects the Shard from which it was grown. While they have a vaugely humanoid appearance, their anatomy is little understood. Golems cannot breed, but do require feeding and plentyof rest between excursions. It has also been documented that many Golems display limited child-like emotions, such as frustration, delgiht in simple things, particular fancy for certain objects, pets or foods, and loyalty.

Hybrids: Hybrids are made from the delicate art of Grafting. Hybrid Samples are taken from the different sources desired for the final product. A minimum of two and maximum of five Samples can be fused, and may be drawn from the existing animal and plant kingdom. Specific qualities of the Samples can be grafted to create an ideal pet. Hybrids are useful for domestic or career-oriented tasks, but cannot be used for fighting. They can be trained and charged with specific tasks, like an intelligent dog, such as "Water these flowers" or "watch over and maintain this alchemical potion" or "guard this doorway". While one specific Hybrid can learn up to a maximum of three tasks, they can only be taught one at a time. Hybrids cannot breed, but require to be fed and/or watered depending on if there are both plant and animal components. Hybrids cannot use English, but they can communicate with their own sounds and noises, and are among the most demanding of Familiars for attention and praise. They can become quite ill or spiteful if neglected, especially if they are left alone to do tasks for their masters and never thanked or rewarded.

Science:
I learned that the base form of Empyreans and Outsiders is the same.
Empyreans = E; Outsiders= O;
Skeletal Structure = EO
Circulatory System = EO
Lymphatic System = EO (a little weaker in Outsiders)
Nervous System = EO
Musculatory System = EO (a little stronger in outsiders due to Grafts)
Essence System = E
Grafting systems = O

Astronomy:
Earth~ While Earth does not have sway over itself, it is important to recognize as it is the source of all the Ether and the Essence which is usable for Magic and oter intellectual endeavours. If tributes, sacrifices or libations are made to Mother Earth, the Castor who takes such care and shows such appreciation for the Giving Earth will find their magic casting more effective than those castors who abuse her gifts.
Mercury~ The first of the actual planets. Mercury was named for Hermes, the Messenger god, who represented communication, swiftness and travel. Likewise ths small planet governs the conscious mind, including things like memory recollection, communication, news, and coming events. Mercury rules both Virgo and Gemini.
Moon~ Moon does not merely represent our own moon, but all the moons of our solar system. It specifically refers to our own because as it is closest it holds great sway over the rythms of the creatures on the planet and even over some of the elements, such as water or air. The Moon represents the feminie element, shyness, healing, contemplation, magic and intuition. The Moon rules Cancer.

Math:
Geometry:
Ovals: Ovals, or Eggs are incubating, instilling into something a quality it did not previously possess. There is a good reason the Incubators the Technicians use are ovular in shape. It takes a great deal of organization and materials to design which qualities will be imparted, and one must be careful to research all possible imbuements before using a substance on an oval, or side effects may occur.
Rectangles: Rectangles strength, offer support and bolster existing qualities in something. If the surrounded object is strong, it will become stronger, if it is fast, it will become faster. These effects are not permenant, but temporary boosts. It cannot reverse effects that already exist, such as making a cracked breastplate stronger by mending the crack, and canoot increase qualities that are not already present in some moderate form - like installing courage intot he cowardly.
Pyramids: Pyramids are amplifying, projecting wishing, hopes or intentions to the universe. Pyramids, obviously need to be constructed, and can be built to align with constellations, the planets or moon to apply to certain qualities of the celestial bodies, but even a small scale pyramid crafted from stone or mirror is a powerful tool. You place the object(s) symbolizing the wish to be obtained within the pyramid and meditate on the subject as often as possible.

Physical Education:
Sparring:
Block - J - A block with the extremities to protect core targets, like the organs of the torso, the face, head and genitals - 'Cuz that hurts!
Grab - J - The act of grabbing an opponent in proximity to elad into another move or protect yourself from a strike.
Terrain - J - The skill of keeping sure footing - especially when the arena gets a lil banged up or you're outside them walls in the real world...Things can get pretty messy out there.

Magical Theory:
(learned the following from Elias)
Waxing~ (A term for the Moon, to grow full.) Like Waning, Waxing is the Spell that can be used to strengthen pre-existing qualities in a subject. In order to make use of this Spell, one must determine which quality they wish to bolster in their target and pick the appropriate Planet or Zodiac sign to represent it. Keep in mind that if a significant representation of the qualities selected to do not exist within the target, the spell will fail. This spell can be utilized to increase a weakness in an opponent, or conversely, to increase a strength in a friend or self. If used to bolster strengths -5 to appropriate tasks, if used to enhance weaknesses -3 to the related task. ((Ether))

***Aquaintances***

***Classmates***
Cyphr * My "Little Brother". Cyphr is loud and obnoxious, but infectiously happy and in his way charming. I feel I'll need to keep him out of trouble.
Lucis * The First Empyrean I met aside from Cyphr. He's sleek and charming, and a pleasure to look at. He and I are close friends.
~~~Edit~~~ Lucis feels for me, something akin to love...but he is possessive, and intense when he speaks of his feelings, and yet he still lusts for others. I like him a great deal, but I fear loving him, and I fear what will happen if I do fall for him and he abandons me.
Grave * The charming and handsome Melancholy who helped me find books on my first day in the Library. He's very charismatic, so I always feel like blushing when he smiles at me.
Antigone * A Sanguine Female I met. She's very warm and hospitable. She let me pet her Cicus Owl, Archimedes. I had a grande time.
Astaroth * A Melancholy Boy I met. 'Taroth is brilliant, farseeing and very perceptive. I feel I could learn a lot from him.
~~~Edit~~~ When I'm with 'Taroth he...makes me better. Like I can see more clearly, like I can relax and the me that's left open to the world is a better version of myself. He inspires me, makes me happy, makes me laugh... I have a massive crush on him, I know. It's almost embarrasing, I feel like such a fool to want him like I do. I only hope I'll be good enough to win his heart.
~~Edit~~ 'Taroth and I have come to terms of love... It is slow coming, and worth every small step forward we make. Sweet and intoxicating like maple syrup.
Riaan * A Phlegmatic Boy I met in the hallway. He'll be starting classes soon, and i hope he'll study with me. Very sweet and gentle, I feel quite comfortable around him.
Regulus * Another Melancholic boy...with all of the Charm of Grave and all of the Critisism of 'Taroth. I'm worried he hates me already.
Aysel * A Melancholy girl I met in an empty classroom. She has a passionate love for art; I hope to learn from her.
Arwen * My partner from Team Delta in the Mandrake Harvest. A pretty, soft-spoken, competent Melancholy. She was a great comfort to work with. I will look for her in my next class.
Biwa * A gentle and kind Phlegmatic girl I met in the Aviary. We shared tea, and discussed our dreams. She plays the Koto, and I showed her my Radical. I hope to spend more time with her as we grow.

***Professors***
Quenda * The Botany Professora. She explained Hybrids to me a little, in my time spent in the Flora Gardens. I quite love her little Murmel. She has sparked my love of Botany.
Tryna * Tryna is a spunky and delightful teacher. She kindly retreived my Green Notebook to me when I lost it.
Lelaus * I've had a few encounters with this young Professor in the Hallways. He's always full of humour and high energy. I admire his passion. Someday I would also like to train familiars, I think.
Abrid * This...unconventional Science Teacher taught us with the assistence of a corpse from an Outsider named John Burnham. It was educational, memorable, and eerie. His methods worked, but I dreamt poorly after the encounter.
Eleuthero * Wise and patient, I like the Professor quite a bit, and am more than a little curious. Still, I feel foolsih to merely blnidly believe in all he speaks about. I will have to practise prayer on my own, and see how I feel then...
Bardane * Bardane was to the point, level-headed and efficient. My lesson with him was short and practical. He seems too reserved to be personable.
Raelyn * What a sweet, supportive, lovely lady! Raelyn has been ever so helpful in helping me with my Golem studies, even so far as to Incubate my Radical when the time came. Even after I transcend I do hope to still spend time with her when she's free.
Elias * Mesmerizing and exotic, Elias dazzled me with his sparkling lights and smooth speech. He even taught 'Taroth and I a spell that wasn't on the agenda. It certainly intrigued me...
Melonia * I get the feeling that were I to sit through a lesson with her again, I would get an entirely different lesson and a completely different experience.
Kortus * I cannot help but to cuddle this sweet gentle giant. Kortus is a patience, intelligent and encouraging professor. With his help I've learn to make physical the dreams in my heart and the visions in my head.
Dameron * Dameron's skills are difficult for me, but he certainly impressed their importance on me. He's a distracting professor to learn from, however.
Tamerind * I admire this Professora a great deal. She is a little humourless for my taste, but she is clear, strong and obviously passionate about the truths she teaches us.

***Other***
Murmel * Quenda's first Hybrid. He's squishy and cuddly and so very cute. He keeps me company when I have lunch in the Flora Gardens.
Archimedes * Antigone's Cicus Familiar. He's able to Talk! He was quite adorable, clever and a little short with Antigone. It was fun to watch their banter.

Radical * Fallout Energy *
User Image
*Name* Radical
*Golem Shard* Fallout Energy
*Protocol* Defense
*Master* Danna
*Stats*
~~~Intelligence: Low
~~~Speed: Moderate
~~~Strength: High
~~~Durability: Extremely High
~~~Height: 20 Feet
~~~Weight: 40 Tonnes

*Mundane Skills*
~~~Grab - J - The act of grabbing an opponent in proximity to lead into another move or protect yourself from a strike.
~~~Block - J - A block with the extremities to protect core targets, like the organs of the torso, the face, head and genitals. NOTE: Radical has a bonus to block, as he Mutates his shape to create shields giving him a bonus to defense.
~~~Throw - K - The act of tossing an opponent off balance or to the ground if they fail to recover.
~~~Strength - K - The skill of hitting hard. It isn't many strikes, but sometimes one is enough. Uses a lot of energy though, meaning Radical can't use Strength while he has a mutated shield up.
~~~Crush - Crush is a heavy-handed version of Smash. It does 6 points of Damage, and can only be used by metal versions of the weapons that use Smash. Radical uses his hands, knees, elbows, shoulders and feet.
~~~Pound - Pound packs a punch into any basic physical attacks. It does an additional 2 points of Damage for Academics, 3 Points of Damage for Journeymen, and 4 Points of Damage for Kinesthetics, on top of their regular damage from the move. ex. Brass knuckles, Boxing Gloves, Gauntlets, Bracers. Radical uses his feet or hands.

*Specialty Skills*
~~~Energy Flux: 8/8 Causes the energy around his mass to flux, interfereing with technoequips, magic and some additions (Such as Whip Tail/Wings). (+13% difficulty)
~~~Fallout Vicinity: 5/5 Casts a net of Fallout energy that causes rapid decay within the area it is cast (1 point per square foot to a maximum of 1 casting at 5 foot squared. Does 1 point damage per turn + instils status effects Poison and Acid Burn.)
~~~Fallout Missile: 3/3 Fires a small explosive that release a high-level energy blast. (8 points of Damage, only half can be soaked by regular means (physical skills, or regular armour))
*Demeanor*
Radical is dim-witted and easily confused or tricked. Because of this, Danna has to take special care to make sure her opponents don't lead Radical into a trap. He is, thankfully, extremely obedient, and no matter what the circumstances, he will instantly obey any command she gives him. In personality Radical is very gentle and kind, very slow to anger and very protective of those he loves. He will do everything in his power to protect Danna, and in instances in which she is in danger are the few times he will try to disobey to protect her despite what she may say. He seems to have an affinity for small birds.
