Alright, here's it. Every month here at Cuddle Club, we are going to have a banner contest. As you can see the piece of junk I made in 5 seconds will be the banner this month, but next month, on the 6th, you can submit your banners and we will all vote. PM them to me, or Jared, or post them here.

And that's basically it.

Actually, I made some banners using your couch. Coincidentally, the couch was the first result I got on google. Here you are.

I like those a lot. Yeah, you must have found where I got the couch from, aye? Anyway...why do yours seem to keep...um...let me think, like they don't distort or anything?

If your colors are distorting, chances are your design program has a different pallette than your browser will care to interpret. Look for a "Save for Web" or "Save as Web Image" or something to that effect, or search for "web" under the program's help files. Normally, design programs will have an option to save any image under a standard web pallette. If not, you can usually create a .gif image with a "standard pallette," which works just fine.

If the image size or the image itself is distorting.. I have no clue other than to wonder if your image host site has restrictions on image sizes. I can host any images you guys would like me to on piouspete.com, just let me know.

No, it's not my photobucket...I think it's just that when I choose to save it, I should actually save it as a "best quality" image. I've never had to do it in the past, but who knows, maybe that could make all the difference.

The contest begins on the 6th, correct? If anyone else wishes to enter a banner in the contest, you should do it by Saturday.

Wow, what a banner contest! Yesterday, votes were flying left and right! Ok...so Adam's was the only entry...so I guess it wins. Haha, that's alright. I really like that banner anyway.

Edit: Gah, I keep forgetting I'm not captain...I'm going to have to get neko to put it up.

You made some banners? Could you send a picture of them in a post like Adam did? I'm kind of interested in seeing what different kind of banners we can get as possibilities for the CCG.
