This is a never-ending dilema for me. sweatdrop I'd like to know what we, the Captain, Vice-Captain, and Crew, can do for you, the members of our guild, to help make it more active. I'd love to hear any comments and suggestions and am open to everything. 3nodding

Perhaps we need to visit other active guilds and find out what works for them? I was thinking games and perhaps other silly things might work for us, but I'm not good like that. sweatdrop

I think if you had more contest. Since this is a harvest moon guild why not have a how much do you know contest. I'll donate gold to help with prizes (I don't need it anymore anyway). We could also have a contest of how much information a person can get about the new Harvest Moon games coming out.
We could pm everyone in the guild to announce these contests. I don't know if my comments will help but it's worth a try. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

We could make a questions thread that you can post questions and answer questions on that everyone looks at. Because that is probably the reason a lot of the guild's people joined for.

And then there's the possibility that some people might cheat to answer all the questions correctly. @.@;; But I like this idea, and I'll see what I can come up with.

Maybe an art contest or a fanfiction contest. That way people couldn't cheat and it's all just based on judges.

A art and fanfiction contests sound like a good idea. For the art contests, you can do holiday related themes so it'd be easy to think of.

Maybe we could celebrate festivals occasionally...? (I have no idea about the romantic festivals) but like the harvest festival...? Maybe....? I don't know... I want to help in any way... ^__^
