So inductions will be starting soon and I want YOU!

Oni-- he's been here for a while now. And [Terra], profile here, wants to join. She's a friend of Kenshin, and though I just met her today, she seems quite nice. (if I remember right, she was at the GIB silo too, wasn't she?)
