I am looking for some tried-and-true spells dealing with greek dieties and things along those lines. Any help would be appreciated.

that sounds kool.
I've been looking for some greek and latin lessons recently, and so far I found a Latin Phrasebook, that has a list of latin phrases, it's really kool, but... It doesn't have the english translations xd

I'll search for some greek spells for you though. If I have any luck I'll tell you.

They don't necessarily have to be IN Greek, but that works as well, as long as I know what I'm saying and stuff....

Not to be rude, but why not just make your own? Do you work with the hellenic deities on a regular basis? Do you know the systems?

Well, from what I've read, a few of the God's can be easy to anger...I figured if something was tryed and it worked, it probably didn't piss them off...
I can make my own spells though, to suit whatever situation I need them for.

Well, I know a hellenic pagan, and she'll tell you one thing- theyre pretty much ordinary people... except theyre Gods. Thats it. They can be quick to anger, yes, but supposedly, theyre party animals that are kinda full of themselves. I seriously doubt that if you try to have a good rapport with them and a good rep, ect, that theyll blame you for trying.

Ah, okay, thank you so much!

No prob. Just pay them proper homage, and make sure that you ask the right god/dess for stuff. Dont forget that each one has certan pet peeves, like Artemis isn't exactly fond of males and sexuality, Hera isn't fond of infidelity, Aphrodite isn't too fond of passive love, you know what I mean? Get to know them, try to commune with them, and you'll know first hand what it is they don't/want. You know?

Yeah, I get what your saying! So, treat them with respect and all that jazz and it should be pretty peaceful.... most of the God's I have worked with before egtting into this greek stuff were.....less than unfair.

Which deities have you worked with? I don't want to seem like I'm prying into your spiritual life, but were you on "speaking" terms with them? Did you talk to them and research them and pay proper respects?

Before I answer your question, I wish to ask you to try and give me my due respect for putting up with them.

I used to worship the "Lovecraftian" dieties.
You know, Cthulhu, Yog-Sothoth, all them.
For about half a year I was the King in Yellow's errend boy. Yes I spelt that right. As in, Err-and I'll strike you down with sickness.

I would like to believe I was on good-ish terms with them, but a thoughtform that has went out of control can be a terrifying thing.
Not much can be researched about them, seeing as they were gods that were thought up by a writer from the 1890's and theyw ere mpowered by the feverish masses that read his works. They are typically attributed with "Chaos Magic".

AAH. I see. Yes, from what I hear the Lovecraftian guys are some vengeful dudes. Quite honestly, I'm surprised that you lasted half a year. I know I sure as hell wouldn't. Good job on your part, you have my respect.

I know how they work, theyre godforms, right? Like super powered Egregores? They're formed by the man who wrote them up, and amplified by people's perception's of them. Oy.

Well, all I can say is, if my friend is telling me right, you can read the myhts of the greek gods and goddesses and they'll give you a good view of what they like. Mostly, they like a party. And to be honored as the super-special-awsome gos that they are. (Thats not sarcasm.) They're quirky beings, but they're some sneaky, vengeful bitches when they're pissed. Its mainly just dont do anything blatently disrespectful, dont proclaim yourself as better than them, and dont set off their particular pet peeves.

Don't a couple of guys get shot down with lightning for committing the hubris of approaching Olympus without an invitation?

Haven't heard of that one. But then again, I dont think he nor I plan on going there anytime soon, so... Well, again, that falls under proclaiming yourself better/on the same level. Olympus is the home of the Gods, not us mortal dudes. They do hae their boundries.
