I think it's time.

Time to show Gaia why we're here. Time to set up shop in the Exchange... I think we should only sell items that have had a relatively stable price for a few weeks though. That way, we won't have to worry about losing money (or being called scammers. But I could really care less what people think).

The guild shop would be permanent, and all members would have a spot on the first (and possibly second) page to set up in. ^^; I guess the shops here will have to wait.

*sips egg nog* Also, there wouldn't be a problem with publicity anymore.

Post here if you're for the idea, against it, or have an idea.

Rules I believe should be enforced: (for us)

No arguing over whose items are more competitively priced. Some people would just rather not take large cuts.

No flaming each other or ganging up on shoppers. That should go without saying.

Do not turn the shop into your own private venture. This is OUR shop, meaning mine, yours, and everyone else's. Hijacking=punishment

Two words: No pr0n. xd

Discounts are allowed for guild members (duh). But please do it through PMs so buyers don't think they're being cheated out of a good deal.

People auctions are not on the menu as of yet. Usually they don't turn out well. sweatdrop

I like the idea, because I hate making threads when I need to sell something, and it would be great to have a designated place to do it. ^^ And to not be alone. sweatdrop I'm not much of a merchant though, so for me, teamwork would be rather appreciated. ^-^ At the moment though, all I really have to sell is pieces from my Jack set...but I wouldn't feel comfortable selling them yet, since the prices still seem rather unstable. ninja

O.O; What about having a system where H.A.M. is the holder of all items, we have a thread here keeping track of who sent her what and what they want it sold for, then when it sells, we give that person the gold? Then we can make the thread prettiful, and it will let more growth for the guild's shop, because once we get new members, it would be impossible to give them a spot in the guild shop without remaking the entire thing.
