I used to shun the idea of lingerie...I felt that I was too big to wear anything remotely slinky/sexy, and it was frustrating as hell to get lingerie in my size...I could never find something that fit right/made me feel attractive. But that was before I started coming across websites that have sexy *as opposed to blah* lingerie for big girls..oh, and having someone appreciate my chubbiness is a kick a** bonus ^_^ One site that I have recently found has some nice styles - http://www.biggalslingerie.com ...it's nice to know that there are places that make lingerie specifically for us chubbeh ladies heart So...fellow chubby ladies.. - Do you wear lingerie? If so, what colours/fabrics do you usually choose? Do you prefer the simple matching bra/undie lingerie, or do you like something a little more frilly/complicated? - If you haven't worn lingerie...would you? What are your reasons not for wearing lingerie *and not having a man is not a reason...you can look sexy for YOURSELF*? - Have you come across decent big girl lingerie shops/websites? - Do you feel empowered when you wear lingerie, or do you tend to feel shy/awkward? And the chubby lovers... - Do you like lingerie? - What kind do you like on a woman? *colour/style preferences* - If you have a gf/mate, has she ever worn lingerie for you? If she hasn't/refuses to, what are her reasons? Now remember folks...mind your p's and q's...nothing wrong with appreciating lingerie and women in lingerie, but keep the drooling to a minimum razz

Ok...I used to be a major anti-lingerie kinda girl. But recently I started liking it. Just yesterday I bought a thong and a little strappy pair of underwear. xd I haven't worn them yet...but I can't wait to try them out!
I like black strappy things..no lace, lotsa silky things. I like feeling sexy even if I'm all by my lonesome. sad I used to think it was stupid. I mean...why wear clothes that are uncomfortable and will only stay on for five minutes? But I love it now... smile

Ah, lingerie. I haven't worn any as of yet, since I know I wouldn't look good in it. I'm pretty shy, and the thought of exposing that much of my body scares me. That, and I'm definately someone who dresses for comfort. I wouldn't think something which main purpose is to cause its removal would be too comfortable, but I wouldn't really know.
However, if a really good reason were to come along, I think I could be convinced to wear lingerie, as long as it was being "removed" at some point... twisted

I gotta say, almost any girl in the right lingirae can be sexy.. I can't spell that well can i?.. O.o.. back to the facts. .I believe girls need a certain medium between coverage and skanky.. Cause if you wear to little, its kinda obliterating the teasing aspect of the clothes.. Where as if you wear something prefuarbly tight, and shows off shape, and of unique design, it really adds a whole bunch more intriguness.ity... Maybe im just wierd, but i think the best thing on the page is the girl in the lime green pants on top. 3nodding

Yes. Lingerie is awesome. Anything black is fine by me. Maybe some stockings and a garter belt, too. Very cool, in my opinion.
I never really understood why women, no matter what size, always argue about wearing lingerie in front of their bf/spouse. It's just like. . . You know damn right it's gonna come off again in about two minutes, so what's the problem? o.O;;

I just bought a twopack snoopy thong from Target the other day. One was Snoopy, and the other *which I'm wearing right now* is Joe Cool. I was reading a book the other day "Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging" and I was reading the back, and it says "Thongs: I don't see the point, all they do is go up your bum-oley for all I know" and I laughed, realizing I was picking at it a bit while reading xD
I want to wear lingerie, I just have to get $$$ xD

No, I'd never wear lingerie because of my size. nothing to revealing perhaps nice little nighty and a robe.. thats it..

I would not wear lingerie at my size because personal, no offence. people my size do not look sexy or even apealing in lingerie

if i lost weight i would feel sexy and confident, because like i stated before woman my size do not look sexy in lingerie, just look like a blog with fat coming out every where.

I buy thongs because I love my a**, I hate pantylines, and for a dance team thing I was on, the instructors -hated- pantylines, so we were instructed to buy thongs. *shrugs*
What I love is bras. I have small breasts, so I just go crazy with bras. I have some pretty random ones. Bright green, navy blue with mesh sides, lavender with lava-lamp-looking mesh sides.. they're so much fun.
If I were to give any actual lingerie a spin, it'd have to have underwire and boning. Black or deep red. And it'd have to cover my stomach. I see some things on that website that I absolutely -love-. n __n

I LOVE lingerie! I'm all about the sexy undergarments. My favorite store is Fredricks of Hollywood, although expensive...but then again this is a former almost playboy bunny talking here. whee
I love corsets and bustiers. The only underwear I like to wear usually is the bikini kind(string if I can find it) I actually have two drawers of underwear, one with everyday ones and one with sexy ones ranging from lace to silk. heart bras...gotta have sexy bras. I love the push up kind but without the padding, the kind that's all you, There's already more than enough of me up there..which is why I only wear it when I want to feel sexy (that wouldn't be nice to do that to the guys at church all the time now would it? razz )
The only stockings xp I wear if I HAVE to wear them are thigh highs, especially black ones with the lace at the top. I like the kind with the seam up the back too and fish nets are hawt. Yes i do have a pair of garters for them...I guess I'm a little sexier than I thought...I kinda dove in on this topic. sweatdrop wink

love it and I have quite the collection dealing with anything from Zebra print matching bra and panties to lipstick red vinyl dresses to see through long black mesh nightie to bright pink and black corsets with a thong to match. I think Lingerie makes everyone feel sexy and my fiance loves when I wear any kind. He prefers corset with a short skirt combo... no panties wink
Of course these are only things I wear in the bedroom. sweatdrop I don't go around in public in anything quite that skimpy... well save for the skirts on ocassion if I feel like wearing fishnets and big heels biggrin
Best places I've found, Frederick's of Hollywood, sometimes avenue and fashion bug or Lane Bryant (the store not the website/catalouge, website=frumpy). Ocassionally I find some sexy silky nighties at Target or walmart of all places... and sometimes I get stuff from "speciality" shops xd

Yes, somtimes, but I am picky about it. I don't like very tight things.
If my husband likes something I'll try it at lest once to see how I feel and if he likes it on me (8 times outa 10). I like Black. I also LOVE matching undies sets. As a matter a fact I make it a point to not buy white undergarments and no granny's. Just recently I've tried thongs and added them! I don't like frills and lace tooo much (in moderation only).
