I have this brief discussion with a communist guild about why I am not a communist and why our motherland should not be a communist. Here is the link:

No Communist Philippines

I want to know what you think about this. Post some of your opinions here.

Your views on communisim IS justified but if the ideal form were achieved and the philippines were more isolated, it could be an option.

alas the 'pure' form of comunisim is far from reach.

What attitude is it your talking about? As for the perfect government, I already said in the link that I don't want communism now, but i want socialism. Also, you are right about not having a perfect government.

i think it might start a civil war... bcoz the people are not used to that thing and they've enjoyed freedom for a long long time... you know, Filipinos are so sensitive and quiet rebellius ...China has been a communist for a long time so people in there got used to it... but their economy really blossomed right now...

The kind of attitude that we know better to rule our government than anyone else. Socialism...that's a "subtle" term for Communism if you ask me. Haven't you noticed...in ALL kinds of Government...sino nakikinabang...e di yung namumuno sa gobyerno.

@Bitchwitch: First of all, Communism and Socialism are NOT types of government. Communism can be democratic or otherwise...so don't compare communism to democracy because that is like asking "Which one is heavier, a 1000 grams of cotton or 2000 seconds of time?".

You can think of them as "economical principles"...

Stupid? What is that all about? And why are you bringing up your age? Age is not a factor in SM.

SM's founder is 14.

A year younger than you...so please don't try using your age as a reason for "stupidity" or whatever. I am not saying you are stupid, but I don't think anyone is stupid in the first place. Also, just because someone is young doesn't mean they are stupid.

I am getting off-topic...*attempts to bring back the topic*

Hey man! I respect your opinion on what you think about communism. But if a system of government doesnt really work well in a certain country, it should be subjected to change. The hard part here is the state of change where in alot of things should be accounted for and be ajusted. Suppose we saw that we change ou government to be an Imperialist, it will take a lot of time and during this transition point it could either make or break a a government system in our country an would therefore either result in turmoil or success. Yet it wouldn't be bad to try other things, but if there will be change in government system, once that change undergoes, there should be no turning back. Parang yung cabinet members ni PGMA. Umulan lang o bumagyo lang ng konti punta agad sa waiting shed nagsiresignan agad yung iba. Hindi dapat ganun.
