Do any of you have recommendations for a particular series, or for an actor/actress?
I'd recommend Hana Yori Dango, for those who haven't yet seen it. It's freaking awesome.
Also, I'd recommend Long Vacation. It's a really simple drama, it doesn't have a complicated plot or anything, but it's really really sweet and I love it to pieces. (Except, I haven't seen the last three episodes because it got taken off Youtube and my computer hates large files, and would probably blow up if I tried downloading it.)

Goong. [[ watch it. it's HAWT. <33 The number one in my list. ]]
 - Crown Prince Lee Shin and his new fiance Chae-kyeong (2 in the middle) faces obstacles. Shin married Chae-kyeong despite loving another person, in honour of his deceased grandfather's wish. Chae first thought that he was just a stuck-up prince. However, she soon began to fall in love...
Full House. [[ again, watch it. ]]
 - Ji Eun was tricked by her friends in going overseas in a 'paid and free' trip to China. On the plain, she accidentally threw up on the arm of the one sitting beside her. Watch as Ji Eun arrives back home, only to find her belongings gone. She was shocked to know that the huge house built by her late father is now under the person she threw up on, the great actor, Young-jae!
My Girl. [[ I could watch this drama for ages. ]]
 - Joo Yoo Rin is a liar. Seol Gong Chan was the rich manager of the 'A' Hotel. A wish from his very sick grandfather was made. The wish: find his lost granddaughter. Gong Chan tries hard, yet every girl was not the right girl. That is, until he met Yoo Rin. His assistant told him to do a very simple thing: pay Yoo Rin to act as his cousin. He thought it would be easy, yet fate didn't agree as the two starts to fall in love...
Prince Who Turns into a Frog. [[ very cute. especially love the ending. ]]
 - Shan JunHao was the CEO of Senwell Hotel. Ye Tianyu was a poor kid who helps out in her parents grocery store. Accidentally, she ran over a man in the road. She took him home. He seemed to have lost his memory. She gave him a new name: Dang Oh, and made him work at her parent's grocery store. Coincidentally, Dang Oh appeared to be JunHao... they fell in love with each other. But wait. JunHao was apparantly hit by YeTianyu on the way to his wedding...
Smiling Pasta! [[ a tad bit corny, but sweet and cute all the way! ]]
 - Xiao Shi is a girl who couldn't keep a relationship for over three months. She's had 16 boyfriends, and on her third-month anniversary with her current, she was dumped. While walking home, she accidentally crashed into a running man, being chased by paparazzis. It was a sad thing when they ended up on the ground, lip-locked. Now, Xiao Shi has to act as He Qun's fiancee, a movie idol. [[ all can be watched at YouTube. ]]

ShyObsession I've been watching the one's you recommended. ^^ They rock! Yes they do! 3nodding kitsune_charms oh i''ve already seen them all except goong. but i didn't like smily pasta i never got throught the first episode and ful house i've seen many times. Frog Prince i never got the the end You should REALLY try and watch Goong. It's one of the best dramas I have ever watched. Smiling Pasta is a tad bit corny, yet some things in that drama makes me cry. Full House is actually the first drama I have EVER seen. It's the one that introduced me to the wonderful Asian Dramas! Frog Prince has a lot of twist and turns. The ending was lovely though. <33

Sana Maulit Muli (I Wish It Could Happen Again)
Sana Maulit Muli is about two young lovers who discover how true love can overpower fate and destiny. Small-town girl Jasmine Sta. Maria (Kim Chiu) and Travis Johnson (Gerald Anderson), the illegitimate son of an American soldier, both meet as stowaways in a ship sailing from Cebu. They promise to write each other as they were separated but this promise is intercepted as soon as Camille Soriano (Erich Gonzales) deceives Travis by writing to him as Jasmine. In time, Travis' father dies and their family leaves for the Philippines only to meet up with both Camille and consequently Jasmine. A rocky start between Jasmine and Travis turns into friendship then real love. Jasmine learns later on of Camille's deception and soon after learns that Camille is her younger sister. In order to make amends with her sister, Jasmine gives away everything for Camille's happiness leading to the break-up. Due to the taunting of Travis' brother, a twist ensues as Jasmine dies by a bus accident.
