This worked in another guild I am in, called Endless World. It is a sign in list. You need to sign in twice a month, ON DIFFERENT DAYS unless you posted in the absences thread, or told me that you wouldn't not be able to do so. If you don't sign in twice a month, then you get banned, but you can apply to the guild again a week later.
On this post, I will have the list of people who don't need to sign in again for february. Thats when we should start, because January is half over anyway. That gives plenty of time for people to notice this.
