This is simple: You can talk to people to organize trades for outfit items ONLY. You may trade them for other outfit items, gold, or whatever items you want. Just BE RESONABLE in your trades. I don't want anyone complaining that this person isn't offering any good stuff. Just try trading with someone else.
You may ask for or offer items.
