I don't have a favorite for KH1, but for KH2, its Demyx for the win, baby! I was so sad when I had to fight him. TT.TT
My least favorite character in both games is definitely>Riku. That loser prince of darkness! I don't understand how a person's heart can be so weak that they'll just jump blindly into the darkness in the first game, then expect to be forgiven in the next. His obessesion with Kairi's "dead" body led me to believe in "Riku=Necrophillia", and... let's face it. We saw how Sora reacted in KH2 when he found Riku. I say this not as one of, like, the seventeen people on the planet who hate Riku, just as a normal KH fan, but I honestly think Riku's gonna die. And if that's true, its best not to get too attached, right? -.-;;<
I honestly don't care if anyone goes out on me for my rant or picks out Demyx's flaws. I spoke my mind and that all I care about.

KHI: Riku, Sora
KHII: Riku, Sora, Kairi, Roxas, Namine, Leon, Everyone in Org. XIII (all but Xaldin), and Cloud. I didn't much like Sephy in Kh II because they gave him like, three wings! XD One where it's suppost to be, and two that just come out of his a**. XD lol

In KHI, my favorite characters were Cloud and Leon.
In KHII, my favorite characters were the two above plus Roxas, Namine, and Axel.

Ash the Phantom My favorite is Marluxia. He's so cool! He's cool....except for the thing he had for pink flowers....I'd have been fine with it if it was blue or something...but pink.....ick. I hate pink. XP

Ditto on the Riku thing. I don't see why everyone likes him so much. *hides from bullets* But I can't think of my favorite characters right now... Probably Yuffie... And Oogie Boogie. What? Oogie Boogie's awesome. Okay, it's really just cuz I find him funny... Oh, and Axel, just cuz he's awesome.

In KH1 my favorite is Riku.
In KH2, Riku drops out of my top ten. I hated what they did with him. Axel is now the ultimate character. mrgreen

My favorite character of all time has to be...Axel. That guy was Freaking A. Too bad he had to die. What a way to go though.
