This page explains how to make an application for an extension of stay or indefinite leave to remain On The planet Gaia, or to have your existing immigration status transferred into a new passport. You have to be on Gaia to make such an application.
For information about getting a visa to come to this planet, you should contact the nearest diplomatic post on the planet on which the person who needs a visa is living. Details of these individuals living on other planets who wish to immigrate to Gaia must be sent to a crew member of the GIB so that your request can be processed.
If you are currently On Gaia then you must fit the following criteria for immigration or asylum:
You must be non hostile to the Gaian public.
You must provide your planet of birth. (if Gaia is your planet of birth you have Gaian citizenship and do not need to apply for immigration)
You must not be looking to sell/supply drugs to the Gaian Population. (with the exception of medical supplies)
You must pass all our screening checks.
What's in it for you:
GIB protection.
Political freedom.
Freedom of thought.
If you are claiming asylum or applying on humanitarian grounds, you will need to use an application form. Please use the form on this thread. You can apply by PM or, with certain exceptions, in person at one of our public outposts.
