Alright ladies and gents, The Pillows also make a guest appearance in an anime, that's right they get to be characters in an anime. In the anime Beck The lead singer and drummer do voices for a band called the Heroes in episode 25 or 26. The reason they called it the Heroes is because it's a spoof off of the Kanji form of The Pillows. So if you like anime all about music, or just like good music watch this Anime. Flash Back is the song they do in it.

The same friend who got me into The Pillows in the first place was trying to get me into Beck a while back; is it really something to recommend?

Beck is an anime about a wanna be rock-star band called Beck. The whole anime is only 26 episodes, but I recoomend it. It's a bit raunchy at some parts due to langauge and suggestive themes, but if you don't mind that, then it is a great anime.

Their song, Rookie Jet is also played in one of the earlier episodes, around 20 or so, I believe. Spoilers The set of episodes when Beck is able to preform in the giant music festival and are scouting out the other bands.

NewMoonShadows The Pillows did "Flash Back"? I thought it was Asian Kung-fu Generation. It was AKFG. the pillows just did a song in one of the episodes, I only saw a clip of it but I believe it was Advice.
