Clan Name: Seishou
Village It Came From: Kumogakure
History: The Seishou clan was founded much later than when the art of Ninjutsu had been made. So, members were very small in numbers no matter what happened. The reason is because of the strain the techniques and abilities take. The strain is focused on the user's chakra and chakra control. Their chakra control is strong enough, for a short period of time, to work with electrical currents. Sadly, the clan is at a worst of times, there are only a few families left. The one village that is known to have a family is Kirigakure. The bloodline was originately thought to have been formed in Kumogakure, which is partly correct. The clan actually split upon creation. After that, the clan began to die out as you can now see. The remaining clan split up in order to, hopefully, return to the status they had when they first formed. This will be difficult do to the strain of the clan's power. All the clan must do now is to find people who have the ability to control this power. Then, they may have a chance.

Special: Any member of this clan must have lightning as on of their affinities.
Importance: The families in Kirigakure are known to be middle-class with no real greatness or reputation.
Existing members: The only members known to be alive are in Kirigakure at the moment. Though, there may be other members still alive in Kumogakure.

Denkou Genkotsu( Lightning Fist )
The user will create sparks of electrical currents at the end of the striking area of their body. The electricity is meant to only harm the opponent. The electricity is moved with the help of the user's chakra.
Damage: Add 1/2 of chakra mod to taijutsu damage.
Requirements: Clan member and 12 ranks on chakra control.

Kekkai Genkai: The Seishou clan has the ability to use their chakra, forming it to a slight strand, to focus the negative charge of surrounding electrons in atoms, and mold it with their chakra. Then they are able to make electrical currents, shocks, sparks, and other types of small electricity. Their chakra control is very extraordinary.

Description of Limit: Members bare the eyes of the lion, and the beast like instincts
History: The Tategami clan began with Shuga, the well-known taijutsu user of Kuasgakura. She deemed herself with the clan name of Tategami due to her affection towards lions. During a upscale in kusagakura many of the clan members were killed or separated as of now there are only two existing members Hiro Kokyuu and Rei Zengetsu

Stage 1: Rage
This is a simpler form. It is a uncontrolled form that causes the body to force itself into the final stage of the bloodline. It is not controled which means the beast is in control. This is later casted aside with more control over their animal side.

Special: no longer is able after level 3 with hp. Takes effect when hp reaches 10 % When trapped in a genjutsu for more the two turns it takes over.

Stage 2:
Eyes of the beast: The eyes of the shinobi turn into that of a cat allowing them to see things quicker. Allowing them to almost move before the attack comes.

Stage 3: Roar of the beast
The vocal chords begin to change, warp, and alter density and format. This causes the words of the shinobi to form a growl instead of smooth words. This also allows them to speak with their animal partner

Jutsu: Slicing wind claw
Description: Charging the chakra into the nails the user sends a blast of chakra in the form of claw marks cutting almost anything in its path.

Jutsu Name: Tategami Barrage
Description: The user forms the hand seals and forces chakra into there heels. They take a deep breath and three stone balls rise from the ground. The outside ones are kicked at the target then middle is punched. While the target is distracted the user jumps through the air and clasp both hands together with claws extended slicing the target from head to toe.

special: if the user uses tategami roar to distract the victim the another blow is added by the user and the user adds his normal damage


Tategami Gouzen no jutsu [Roaring Lion Technique]
By using the seal of the tiger, the user amplifies the volume of their voice to create an eardrum bursting roar. With their chakra, they create a blow horn effect that streams towards their target.

Yajuu Youshiki Ninpou (Beast Form Law)
Chakra surges through the body and manipulates bone and muscle to have the user more closely resemble the lion. Legs become double-jointed, back and hips become more flexible, jaw becomes more powerful and size of ears increase.

Damage: + Chakra Mod to all Melee attacks.
Requeriments: Tategami clan member, Chakra control 20, Ninjutsu 20

Kyokudo Shishi youshiki (Extreme beast form) -
The user first spreads blood on their Tategami mark of honor. After that the user focuses chakra hard enough that the body almost fully resembles a lion. Fur covers the body and the mane develops more like an actual lions, hands are now nearly identical to a paw of a lion, and a tail is actually grown from the spine. It is a second transformation after the beast form law.

Neko Utatane (cat nap)
The user yawns when within 3 feet of any number of targets, the yawning sound is carried into the ears and creates a lull that induces sleep, while the breath of the yawn excretes chakra that fills the targets' lungs and slows down breathing.

Clan Name: D'artegan
Village It Came From: Kiri
History: No one is truely sure who started the D'artegan clan. But then again no one truely cares. For the most part only one family has ever been known using the name D'artegan, thus leading suspition away from the fact it is accualy a clan at all. But the family was known for one thing, thier use of combinig everyday toys with chakra to make them weapons. For this they were givin the nickname "The Eternal Children". Many suspect that the their are branches that have changed their names as to not be afilliated to the clan.


Special:
+2 to craft (toy/mundain) every 5 levels
They tend to look like children all of their life.



Importance: The only known D'artegan family has done nothing remarkable as of yet, they are a lower class family, but their have been cases of d'artegans in hideing that are of vary high class.

Description of Jutsu: The user spins a top funneling chakra into it. After reaching a certain amount of chakra it is released into blades of spinning chakra. The top will continue to spin as long as chakra is being funneled into it.

Description of Jutsu: User throws the yo-yo as if starting a "walk-the-dog". The user then channels his chakra through the string of the yo-yo causing it to spin and extreme speed. As long as the string is enchanted with chakra it is under complete control of the user.

Kirigakure Registry: Fubuki Clan
Village of Origin: Yukigakure no Sato
History: The Fubuki clan, whom surfaced to the world's knowledge since the Third Great Shinobi World, arrived in Kirigakure no Sato at a time when the village had already long concluded their bloodlimit hunts and were regretful at all the valuable losses. So Kiri were more than eager to accept a Kekkai Genkai bearing family. The Fubuki were granted many favors, including a generous allotment to build their estate in the northern lands. In return, they served generations of Mizukages diligently as sentries and Ninjutsu masters.

They are rumored to be distant relatives of Kiri's former Yuki clan - whom were destroyed by the bloodlimit hunts in the Mist. The Yuki clan had broken off from the Yukigakure Hyouton limits even further back in the pages of history thereby making this quite possible a theory that the Yuki and Fubuki lines are distantly related due to the Fubuki's significant talent in manipulating the temperatures with their Dual Elemental Manipulation bloodlimit. What perhaps made the Fubuki most remarkable however was that unlike typical Ninjutsu masters, their preference for Ninjutsu was not limited to just long and mid-ranged arts, but most preferentially developing a wide variety of unique close-combat arts as well.

Clan Name: Wolvine

Description of Limit: The Wolvine unlike their cousin clan Tategami are not solely strength related. While they do have strength they deal more with speed and mind games. They deal in Taijutsu but are extremely weak in their use of genjutsu. Because of their constant thinking process they tend to fear illusions. While they have skill in Ninjutsu but they rarely use it. Wolvine tend to play games with their prey. They are none as artist of jutsu; they are very showy with their skills. They take art and death to a whole new level. Wolvine have claws for nails, wolf like eyes and the senses of such as well. Because of their mixed blood they have the ability to turn into a wolf but if the blood begins to boil from anger the lose control and shift into a more werewolf form.

The Bloodline Limit is speed and the ability to think multiple thoughts at once. High senses and foreshadowing.

History: The Wolvine’s origin is unknown but it is said they came from the land of snow they were highly revered as warriors to be feared. Their thought process caused them to be constantly questioned because of the scattered speech; they had many thoughts swirling around in their head it was not considered normal, but on the battlefield they focus on their prey and nothing else. As wars came and went they were known for making impossible strategies and selling them to the highest bidder some were not as good, but some how managed to work.. Now the clan has regained a high amount of honor and is well known for being advisor's off and on the battle field and still making beautiful jutsus of any kind.

Stages 1: fury: Wolvines are not good at hiding emotion, but if their blood gets to hot they began to trnasform without control, because of the lack of control they stay locked between to forms a wolf and a human they turn more into a werewolf, with high strength and speed but no mind set but killing
Special:It cuts all checks out and ninjutsu mod is halved, but strength and dexterity are up 2 for every five levels

Stage 2: the users nails grow to 4 inches and are hard like steel

Stage 3: Ears grow and eyes change, allow for better hearing and night vision

Description: the target is thrown into a black box, where he sees nothing but the glow of their now white eyes. Each round a sword is thrusted through the box piercing through them.

Claws explode:
Description: The user removes the claw from their finger tips and places it on a target or other object and detonates it. The claw replaces itself and can be used again.

Final Grip Claw
Description: This Taijutsu was created to use the claws of the Wolvine clan with their speed to take their opponents attacks against them and cause damage. Using the force of their opponents attack a Wolvine would grip the attacker and wait for them to pull back causing them to cut them self using their constant loss of blood against them.
Damage: normal Taijutsu plus bleeding damage.

Wolvine soul thrasher
Description: The user digs into the ground and from his chest emerges a ghost like entity of a wolf that swarms around the opponent shredding them on the outside slicing them apart. Only it is all in their mind

Jutsu: Water Release: Tooboe Typhoon Hasaiki (Howling Typhoon Crusher)
Description: User gathers water from around him and forms a massive wolf's head(About 20 feet high) out of water, it's jaws wide open, creating a gaping chasm. the sound of moving water, rushing back and forth inside the mouth creates the sound and illusion of a monstrous howl. The wolf shaped wave, is then sent rushing forward towards a target. The wolf's mouth opens wide, over the target and around the target, then snaps shut, crushing the target with the heaviness and force of a tidal wave.

The final transformation and the hardest. The user final reaches that full form of a wolf and is in full control. They can react much faster but can not use weapons or jutsu they have an automatic increases in damage from teeth and nails, will most likely automatically cause bleeding damage.

Clan Name: Aburakou Clan (The Bat Clan)

Village: Grass, Sound, and Mist

Description of Limit:

Phase One- A member of the Aburakou Clan's ears point, and grow long. Thier hearing, becomes so finely in tune, that they can litterally see thier suroundings through sound alone, thier vocal chords tighten, and become very high pitched, allowing them to speak to one another through high frequencees, without being heard by normal people. Thier new ears also come with special mucles that can close thier ears to sound, unfortunately making them blind to everything, but can save them from a hell of an ear ache if a loud sound or boom must be endured.

Phase Two- This phase of a clan member's limit, causes short fur to grow all over the body, and the users face to change to a more animalistic apearance, transforming the nose and mouth to a snout with fangs. The snout is very sensitive to smell, and can hunt down a scent, almost all well as a dog, but not quite, becasue, the nose is only fine tuned to one scent... blood. It can pick up a persons specific blood type, as a completely separate scent from others.

Phase Three- A member of the Aburakou Clan's fingures, point and grow out. And a retractable membrane forms between them. These fingures actually grow large enough to be used as wings. The rest of the body's bones hollow out, and become very light, and unfortunately VERY fragile.

History: The Aburakou clan is very widespread, and has no single home. It's members tend to move about and migrate, without care of villiage or alliance. Thier ties to single places are few, and often move to a new viliage several times in one generation.
However, not all of the clan have lived as such, many have droped away from the main family, and settled down in a few select viliages, that would accept thier rather... barbaric customs.
The origin of this clan, was the grass viliage. It rarely resided in the villiage itself, but the feilds and burows they created for themselves. They are very intelegent however, dispite thier unruly living conditions. It's posably because from a very young age, a member of this clan, is put through rigorous training and pilgramiges. By the age of 10, almost all children of this clan have the ability to call on thier second limit.
This clan's specialty is Genjutsu, ranged combat, and medicine. Thier life style, once again, would not bring someone to this conclution, but it is the truth.
Even farther back, the very origin, the creation of the clan, began with a group of extreemists within a cultist sect. These individuals belived in the existance of a bat god, or demon, that ruled the night and shadows. In secret, these extreemists drew up a contract, one that would summon the great vampiric god, to rule over all the night. No eye would sleep without the fear of this demon. Finally, when the contract was complete, writen out on a circular stone slab, all the extremists stood on the slab, and comited suicide. The contract wroked, but not as they expected, it summoned swarms of bats, millions in number. They swarmed the dead extreemists, and the nearby living cultists in an outpot nearby. the cultists, were then cursed with thier new bloodline, and to all thier dispair, they were all blind. The adults, children, and babies. Panic spread, and it took a very long time to calm it down. This was done by none other than the dead extreemists, no longer dead, but alive. They also had gone blind, but had thier limits released, allowing them to make sence of everything around them.
After many years, the clan grew larger, and the undead extreeemists, passed away, disproving thier long thought imortality. Now, in present day, the clan lives on. And almost every clan member wears a black cloak to cover thier slightly transformed bodies after using thier limits.

Jutsu Name: Phase 1- Debiruiya
Description of Jutsu: The Clan member's ears grow long and pointed. Their hearing litterally allows them to SEE with sound. Any soundwaves are picked up. However, these ears are a little TOO sensitive, a VERY loud noise, can leave a member stuned.
Their vocal cords also tighten and become very high pitched. This can allow messages to be sent without the knowlege of a normal person, because they cannot hear the sound they make.

Requirements: Aburkou Clan Member, 20 Chakra Control, 10 Concentration

Special: +3 Dex, +10 Listen, +5 Inuendo(Speaking through high frequency sound waves), +5 Spot
After this limit is reached once, the ears are always a bit longer then normal, and a permanent +3 Listen, due to the newly formed stuctures of the inner ear.
Loud Noises, such as an explosion, or sonic boom, created by a jutsu or other instument of noise, can be devasteing to a clan member. If hit with such a noise, There is a fortification roll by the member, DC- 10. If failed the member is stunned for 1 turn. If passed, the member manages to close his ears from noise, and escapes the stun. (If a member rolls a 1, the stun is two turns.)

When tracking at long distance(50+ yards), to gain spot and survival additions, the target must be bleeding or bled recently. Blood trails loose thier potency after every 30 minutes. After 2 hours, the blood trail is dead and untraceable.
Close range tracking(Distance<50 Yards), a target can be tracked without bleeding, and can be followed by scent alone. However, the spot and survival additions are only +2. Tracking non-blood scents must be FRESH(under 30 minutes)

Description of Limit: At a certain age and power level ((Level 15)) a pool of hidden chakra in each member of the Ericsson family connects to the normal flow of their chakra (Which is normally rather low)) increasing it by 25% of what it already is. This unexpected overflow of chakera causes unexpected bursts of power to omit from the body.
History: The Ericsson bloodline is a foreign bloodline that moved to a neutral territory about 20 years ago. Soon the original Ericsson to figure out the hidden power within him, Rose to power and soon became a feudal lord. The Ericsson bloodline is new to the area so no one has ever head of the odd powers it holds.

Description of Limit: The common attire for members of the arashi are large robes(usually white or black) wrapped in beads.(color of their own choosing) The beads are their weapon of choice, in battle they focus their chakra into the beads and use them as deadly weapons. They use tiny threads attached to their fingers and chakra running through them that are connected to the beads, which is how they control them with such precision.
History: The arashi are a very rare clan with a few members in every village. The clan has been around for about a century and used to be very close knit. After a while the clan started splitting up, very few Arashis stay in contact with each other except for families. Almost all members of this clan become ninja at a young age, it's somewhat of a tradition. They have done alot of training to aid them in control of their chakra and increase their amount of chakra, which has caused their skills in things like taijutsu to plummet. The clan is a peacefull one that doesn't really mind fighting when its called for. Clan members usually begin wearing clan attire when they become genin.

Description of Jutsu:This move is usually done as a last resort and desperation. The user runs a large amount of chakra through the robe they are wearing and the beads on it slowly begin to rise towards the enemies direction. By utilizing tons of chakra control and pumping the element of wind into the beads it gets charged and ready. Then by cutting each strand the bead is connected to it flies off towards the enemy propelled by wind. On impact the high powered beads pierce the enemy's body.

Description of Limit:

Gyokuji-
Overview- The limit of this clan is not a limit, but a specialty. The members of this clan can create highly complicated seals. However, unlike normal seals, the clan members carry a thick dust, or special chalk, which they use to draw their seals in mid air at extreme speeds. These seals are wide in variety, and vary in intensity, and also differentiate in length of time to finish them, some are even three dimensional! These seals can be created and used to manipulate any jutsu of the creators experience, actual knowledge, or resource. The seals can be created and then used either immediately, or mold themselves into the creator for instant use at a later date. When used as jutsu replacements, the chakra requirements are often significantly less then that of the real jutsu, but depending on the complexity or power of the jutsu that it is meant to copy, time to create the seal is significantly longer.

Detail(In Game Use)- Seals can be instant use, or delay cards. The user starts off by taking either the special clan chalk, or the seal dust, and forming a seal in the air in front of them, or in the rare case, all around them. The chalk works by the user burning chakra in the chalk stick, which causes the tip to burn or write on the air without any physical contact with something. The seal dust, is held in a special bottle, with a tiny opening at the top, chakra from the user is used to motivate the dust out of the hole while the clan member is drawing the seal in the air. The dust and chalk is often held in mid air by a preparation jutsu developed by the clan long ago. (Found in the clan jutsu list) After the seal is completed, the user uses one of two simple commands by placing their hand very delicately against the floating seal. The first of the two commands is hasamu, which means to hold, or insert. This command is used to preserve a seal on oneself, the seal moves from the air, and onto the user to one of 9 places in the form of a tattoo. (The 9 places are, both arms, both legs, stomach, chest, left back & shoulder, right back & shoulder, and head.) The second command is dedoko, which means, to release, or time to take action. This order activates a seal rather then placing it on one’s own body. The users of the seals are not bound by elemental affinity, but instead specialize in their element. Most CLAN seals are elementally inclined. The effectiveness and time which it takes to create the seal is dependant on the elemental affinity of the member. Non-clan jutsus that are manipulated into a seal, are automatically weaker then the actual jutsu, and can be even weaker dependant on the elemental affinity of the member. Other clan’s jutsus requiring a certain bloodline are imposable. (Actual numbers and effects on the non-clan jutsu seals will be touched on later)

History: The Gyokuji are a very wide spread clan, not select to any specific village, though they are loyal to where they live with no question. The clan began with some of the first pioneers of the practice of seals. Two of these pioneers, were part of Konohagakure. These pioneers dug deeper and deeper into the true possibilities of seals. Their ideas drove them to search out more knowledge of seals in other villages. They wanted newer and better ways to perfect this art, they traveled to Kirigakure first, and one VERY misty mourning, one pioneer was playing with the thick mist with his finger, not intending anything spectacular other then to entertain his very board mind. His partner then took note of how he was actually writing a seal IN the mist, but the mist kept moving around and disturbed his craft.

This gave the two an idea and a plan, they traveled around some more, and came to Sunagakure. Here they met with other pioneers of the seal art, and shared their findings. A long time passed and they discovered many things useful to their idea, to be able to create seals in mid air to create even more effective and useful seals. Eventually it came time to move on, however, during their stay there, one of the original pioneers fell in love with one of the Sunagakure Seal ninjas, he eventually married her, and they lived there for many years, having children and eventually moved back to Konohagakure in their older years taking a few of their children with them.

The one remaining pioneer did not forget his goal, and moved on. He eventually came to Kumogakure. Here he spent another few years, and discovered a special chalk that could be used for his idea. Combined with the jutsu developed in the past years at Sunagakure, he was able to create very fast and accurate seals. With his job, to him, completed, he ended up settling down with a member of Kumogakure. They lived in her village for several years, having kids and allowing them to grow up. Then, in his old age, and with his wife gone, the pioneer moved to Kirigakure with two of his children, where he had originally gotten his inspiration for his clan’s now secret jutsu, kept only between his and his old partner’s family. However, with descendants in Konohagakure, Sunagakure, Kirigakure, and Kumogakure, the clan became rather wide spread and hard to keep in touch with. And eventually, over the years, and throughout the wars, the clans broke apart and are now completely independent of each other in each village, loyal more to their village then their family.

Description of Jutsu: A wide area effect, water seal, which is drawn on the ground within the Still air jutsu area. A series of seals are drawn just within the border on the ground, all connected together through a complicated web of sand or chalk. When released, it draws out a surplus of water from underground waterways, and causes them to burst from the earth, and freeze upon passing the barrier, that the seal extends along the ground. (This is only viewable by those with byakugan, or sharingan, or any other chakra sensing bloodline.) this frozen water is often very sharp, and can skewer anyone directly on top of the releasing area. Description of Jutsu: A large, long winded seal that is drawn all around the user within the still air jutsu. In a complete circle, the seal is completed, and when the jutsu is released, takes all the air imidiately outside the jutsu area, and begins rotating it very fast. In a matter of seconds it forms a small stationary tornado that pulls everything into it and rips it apart with conflicting air currents and other flying objects. This jutsu is mainly an aggressive attack, but it works as a nearly flawless temporary defence.

Anything in its forward vicinity, draws the lighting through the negative and positive electrical charges in its body. Someone with immense dodging ability could dodge, but anyone slow and not skilled in such, would likely have not chance to dodge. Each bolt never hits the same target. (Exception: See- Super Charge)

Jutsu Name: Water Gyokuji Seal- Geyser
Description of Jutsu: 3D Water Seal that is used by Gyokugi members at an expert level. The seal is drawn in a column structure upward around the user. Once activated, the seal draws water out of the ground, and sends in bursting from the earth, in a circle around the borders of the sill air jutsu, and even expand outward a bit from the original place it escaped the earth from. The water is transformed to steam before it leaves the earth, and is searing hot, severly burning anyone it comes in contact with.

Jutsu Name: Wind Gyokuji Seal- Hurricane or Updraft
Description of Jutsu: 3D Wind Seal that is used by Gyokugi members at an expert level. The seal is drawn on the roof of the still air jutsu in a spiral pattern. Once activated, the seal created a spiraling updraft that sucks everything outside the still air jutsu up into the sky, where conflicting air currents then tear poor victims apart.

Jutsu Name: Lightning Gyokuji Seal- Super Charge
Description of Jutsu: 3D Lightnig Seal that is used by Gyokugi members at an expert level. The seal is drawn with two layers in front of the user. The attack shoots a single homing lightning bolt, when it connects with a target, it holds its current, forming an arc between the seal and the target for a few moments then breaks off the now super charged target. This makes the target a massive lighting rod, with specificly positive or negative electrons populating thier body, where all lighting attacks are inevitably drawn to it without fail, unless the target is able to pass on all of that charge to many other targets. To know to do so, it takes a lot of wisdom to act quickly. Even worse, the strike does temporary damage to the mind, lowering the target's reflexes, and stability of the mind!

Once activated, it ignites the air around the still air jutsu, and spreads vastly! Within seconds, an area as large as a football field can be leveled! Damage to things inside the explosion goes unsaid, even things outside the explosion receive collateral damage!

Jutsu Name: Water Gyokuji Seal- Ice Age
Description of Jutsu: Most powerful Water Seal developed without taking several days to draw and develop. This 3D 2 layered seal is drawn all around the user on the inside of the still air jutsu barrier. This seal takes up almost all the space inside the barrier. Once activated, it is sometimes given the nickname the Gyokuji’s blooming ice flower of death! This is because when it is activated, the water particles in the air, no matter how small, outside the still air jutsu, and frozen. Like roots, the air frosts and blooms outward, continuously freezing in a beautiful expansion of white and bent light, forming rainbow colored light all over the area. The temperature quickly drops to zero degrees, and sometimes lower. Within minutes the area in engofled by the ice, and everything is frozen into a giant sculpture that somewhat resembles a half -bloomed rose!

This 2D 3 layered seal is drawn all around the user on the inside of the still air jutsu barrier. This seal takes up almost all the space inside the barrier. Drawn in a column pattern, each layer is placed on top of the other. When activated, it summons a gigantic lightning bolt, one that spans 100 feet from its center! This is the most powerful seal in general, and is immensely deadly to all caught by it! This seal is not useable by anyone without lightning affinity, because it requires perfect training, and without it, the user would be struck as well!
