Does anybody else ever feel like they are trapped in they're physical body? Like it limits them? Also, because of that, I'm trying really hard to achieve AP. But, anyways, I know our physical body does limit us to an extent we probably can't even grasp, but does anybody else ever actually feel trapped? Is this why a lot of people try AP'ing?

nothing can really trap us, as long as you try to can achieve anything. although some things take longer to achieve then others, some even longer then life itself.

You are a combination of spirit and body. Spirit cannot learn about matter if it doesn't become material. If you feel trapped, I recommend a practice that gives you better body knowledge and awareness. Alexander Technique, dance classes, gymnastics, and martial arts are among the best thigns that I can think of.

I do, but it's not because I try things like astral projection and whatnot. It's because I'm damn sick all the time. I want to do this, but no, I can't, because I'm sick and can't breathe. Plus, my insomnia and headaches make it so I pretty much hate my body. At least 10 times a day I ask someone to just knock me unconscious. I think I'd feel better, then. Or maybe I should just be induced into a coma...
THis is what Happens when Archaphro gets bored....... Scary huh?

I am physically traped in this human form. My spirit longs to be some where else, but I cannot reach that because of the body's incapabilities. Even this body cannot do anything to get me back home because it is purly physical. My spirit/soul is trapped inside of it and I cannot reach it for there is a wall blocking me from entering. I am too much in the consice rather than the subconscice.

No. The body is nothing but a vehicle. It is important, not a hindrance. Without your body, what do you think your imperfect soul would do?

Heh. I like.
Anyway, look at it this way, only humans can transmute and combine matter and energy. We're the only beings in the cosmos who can actually move heaven and earth to get things done. Why do you think we're so valuable to spirits?

Despite all we can do, haven't you noticed our bodies biologically suck? I hear in biology how great our systems are, but a lot of them are placed oddly. Look at how many people choke to death by accident, for example.

Siarnaqth Despite all we can do, haven't you noticed our bodies biologically suck? I hear in biology how great our systems are, but a lot of them are placed oddly. Look at how many people choke to death by accident, for example. ...How is that poor placement of a biological system? That's not a problem with the trachea, it's a problem with humans. Let's try not to inhale our food, shall we? And until you've seen, and I mean physically seen, a bodily system, you can't really appreciate it. I think the thing that stood out the most from my cat dissection that I did was the kidneys. Or the intestine. Amazing. The valves of the heart were pretty damn awesome too, though...

Weirdly enough, when I felt trapped in my body, it was because I wasn't using it to my best advantage. I was feeding it crap, otherwise ignoring it, and then expecting it to do magical things like feel happy and healthy. This requires good food, time away from glowing screens, adequate sleep, and a modicum of movement, as well as deep breathing and hydration.
Do not crap on the body, for it contains your glands, without which emotions would not feel so nifty. (If you're thinking it might be nice not to feel so vibrantly miserable, see above.)
