Well, of course there's the look difference, they look different, but is there really a "real" advantage of using either a Human or Covenant on multiplayer? Which do you prefer, and why so?
I, myself use a Spartan.

elites heads are lower makingh there haeds a little easyier to hit

Elites are easier to hit with just about every weapon because of there large head making them ideal for headshots with Battle Rifles, Carbines, Snipers, etc. And there wide body's making them ideal for spray weapons such as SMG, Shotgun, Plasma Rifle, etc. So yes Elites are much worse than Spartans.

I play as an Elite whenever I feel like it. Alot of people think that when they play as on that they are worse or less capabable, but they are just really thinking that.
Sure, they have a bigger build, but they still have the same abilities of the Spartans.
I also think that the Campaign mode tricks your brain into thinking that you should kill the Elite because it is an "actual enemy". After all, the Arbiter did not kill a single human in Halo 2, correct? All he killed were Heretics, the Flood, and the Brutes.

Im Elite. our heads are harder to shoot from behind if we look downwards. unlike the spartan head wich is viewable from all sides
