If the aliens (ZURG NATION members) are "attacking" in a forum that prohibits spam and RP (like the GCD, for example. surprised ) then just report them like normal! Spam is not allowed in the GCD, and they'll be punished just like anyone else.

 Sir Bad news about what happened earlier. Medical Officer Tent At the momment the GIB is in very problematic state, what we could do is use this event to shine a bad light onto them creating more doubt in the abilities to protect gaia?

It's a nice way to use the simple rules of the TOS to get back at them.
Though I worry that people might see this technique as cowardly.

No. Its not cowardly. We've pledged to protect Gaia. These guys are breaking the laws set down by the mods. Therefore, we can and should protect the gaian populace from this idiocy.
