The Weapon Smithery
The weapon Smithery is a sturdy red building with the symbol of two interlocking gears on the front doorhandles. This building is where Gregor makes most of the supplies for the city. He crafts everything from weapons for duelling to the vials and boxes used to store medicines and potions. He makes routine wands and cauldrons, and custome collars for pets and beds for Hybrids. He can make just about everything, even glasses, jewelry and the like. Metro and Gregor sometmes use the same facilities, but the Weapon Smithery is truly Gregor's home as well as his workspace and business. Gregor loves a challange, he's always looking for a chance to show off his immense and varied talents.

Crafters
Crafters are Tradesmen. Unlike the Technomagi who meld physical skills with magical knowledge, the Crafters merely make equipment, weapons, tools, mundane items and even forms of art. They are the ones who make the items that can then be bound to Technorings, the dishes Empyreans eat their meals on, the clothing the Empyreans wear, the alembics they cook Alchemy in. The skills of leather work, metal work, wood work, sewing, pottery, glass blowing, jewelery making, masonry, carpentry, inlaying, carving, casting, sculpting, weaving, knitting, printing, embossing, engraving, painting, and even making musical instruments are all domains of the Crafter. You can specialize in specific crafts, or, if you've got what it takes, you can attempt to master all these skills as Gregor has. He's a demanding tutor, and demands nothing less than the prodigal of his apprentices.

Blades (note that only Grigori can wear their Swords outside of technorings) Leaf Blade - R1, D1, P0, AC2. A small collapsable knife, great for cutting off loose threads, offshoots from plants, or keeping concealed on one's person in a battle. Dagger - R2, D2, P1, AC2. A short knife with a crossguard. Knife - R3, D2, P1, AC2. A short knife with no crossguard, slightly longer than a dagger. Dirk - R4, D3, P3, AC2. A needle-thin blade with a tiny crossguard. Designed for piercing through chainmaille. Tanto - R4, D3, P1, AC3. A folded metal dagger with a one-sided blade. Deadly in the hands of a martial artist. Scramshax - R5, D4, P1, AC4. A hunting dagger, a bit heftier than other blades, it's a solid piece of metal with a bone or wood handle fashioned to sandwhich the blade on either side. Thrusting Dagger - R6, D5, P3, AC4. A great off-hand weapon for those fighting Florentine, but shorter than a sword and easier to manouver one-handed. Short Sword - R7, D6, P3, AC5. Barely longer than a dagger, the Short Sword is designed for those of a lighter constitution, or those fighting sword and shield. It's fast and close combat. Cutlass - R7, D8, P1, AC4. A curved sword with a thrusting tip. The cutlass requires a more circular fighting style, and enables one an opportunity to return a blow that cannot be blocked by countermoves, only by armor. Short Steel - R9, D6, P4, AC5. A thin shorter companion to a long rapier. Not always used simultaneously, the Short Steel is often a sturdier back-up when the rapier is disarmed or broken. Broad Rapier - R9, D8, P3, AC6. A wide-bladed relative of the rapier, it possesses a slightly curved blade and piecing edge, designed for fighting against armor and heavier swords, in which speed is the element. Saber - R10, D8, P3, AC4. A one-sided curved sword, that uses the same curving fighting style as Cutlasses and Falchions. The Saber enables the fighter to have an opportunity of attack that cannot be blocked by movement, only by armor. Falchion - R10, D8, P3, AC6. A heavy, wide, curved blade with a full double-sided cutting edge. The Falchion enables the fighter to do damage when blocking of 2 points assuming the opponent's AC is 5 or less. Rapier - R11, D7, P6, AC4. A long, thin, delicate sword meant for piercing and skewering, rather than slashing. Rapiers rely on finesse and speed, rather than brute strength. Long Sword - R11, D7, P3, AC5. A standard long sword with tang and scabbard. b*****d Sword - R11, D10, P3, AC6. A jagged long sword with an unbalanced hilt so that it requires better strength to weild. This forward-heavy weight increases the damage it does when one hits. Academics cannot use b*****d Swords. Katana - R12, D7, P4, AC6. A folded metal sword with a one sided edge, designed for slashing and slicing through targets. Most effective with precision and fluidity of motion. Claymore - R14, D8, P3, AC5. A doublehanded long sword with a doublesided edge. Some large and strong Kinesthetics can use this one-handed at a penalty of a permanent raised difficulty of 10%. Sword Blade - R14, D10, P5, AC5. A massive hunk of blade with a lopsided handle. This sword can only be used by Kinesthetics.
