Very awesome! Never thought of drawing the eyes first! Only one thing is that some of the writing is a TAD hard to read.

As basic as the basic can get, I guess this is okay.
Howeever, I really don't find this one tutorial that helpful. It's too simple and there are more styles than just anime.
I think if there were a sketching/drawing tutorial, it should show the basics of the human body, male and female, especially the faces since, with anime at least, so much emphasis is put into the face and eyes.
There could be a chart of different types of eyes, noses and mouths that people could use as a base. But they should always remember to create their own style and if they really like it adjust it until they can fully incorporate it into their own style.
Also, perhaps a list of links of different types of poses one could trying sketching/drawing out.
Also, sketching is usually done in a short amount of time and is rather messy so you can get down the base of the drawing you want to do.
That's my 2 cents. Hope it's useful in some way.

That's my 2 cents. Hope it's useful in some way. It is useful, and it is quite good to know how many others think about the style people create on their own. But don't forget, if you start off with quides it's okay, they're perfect for begginings.

Wow. Such an interesting technique you use. I'm pure right-handed and can't use my left-hand for anything other than hold stuff and type. So I don't think I can use my left-hand to draw, but your way is pretty unique. I don't think I can use your technique though. ^^

I can read it pretty good. Probably cause I'm used to reading my sloppy writing.
Drawing the eyes first is hard! For me the face always turns out funny. But that's just me. But eye drawing the opposite side first is a good idea
