SC5 is Xb360 and "Games for Windows" only. The PC version might be only Vista considering the patteren Ubi has given. No PS3 or Wii (they were never good with nintendo anyway). No much is know, but a few screens have been leaked a while back.

These are kind of odd considering Splinter Cell, however they have been confirmed that they do indeed go to SC5. Other game titles and information, such as Assassian's Creed, were leaked at the same time as these artworks.

I also found this: http://www.gamed.nl/messages/32555.jpg
Looks like the same artist, but I have no idea if it's part of it. ^_^

I wish that & Essentials could come out for PS2. And I also think they should fix DA. I heard Convictions takes place after Essentials. Williams has some files, some are true, some are not/exaggerated to make Sam look bad from DA. Sam has stolen the files and in Convictions is running from the NSA and trying to find out whty Williams is doing this.

Yeah, ConViction is after Ess. But Ess is more flashback missions than anything else. They should make it for something else though. Maybe even the DS. To have a Splinter Cell only on ONE system is a discrace to the family. Heck ConViction is going to be 360 and PC. That's two. (Who knows what'll happen later though) Just keep in mind boys and girls that getting emulators is legal, the games themself are not. So don't tell anyone if you do have it. ninja

I looked at what information is known about SCC, or otherwise known as Splinter Cell Conviction. I'm think that the story of Splinter Cell will be left off after the ending of Splinter Cell Double Agent for the XBox. I mean it makes more sense if it does. Essentials doesn't count for the storyline since it is a canonical storyline to the Splinter Cell series. In the game, I'm thinking Sam Fisher has to mix in with the population to do his missions and Williams, the CIA director I bet is the main villain in SCC.

Sorry for double posting but here is what Sam Fisher will look like in Conviction.

Also heres some new info on Conviction.
It has been reported that Splinter Cell: Conviction will be set almost entirely in daylight, with Sam Fisher using environmental elements, such as crowds for cover. It has also been said that Sam can use the environment for defence, for example using benches to block off doors. It will be possible to interact with nearly every object in the environment - for example chairs, printers, pieces of paper and more.

According to Ubisoft sources, Splinter Cell: Conviction will include cross platform play between Windows Vista and the Xbox 360. This is possible with Games for Windows Live and Xbox Live.

Ubisoft Montreal took eight months alone to make the gameplay as lifelike as possible, by making almost every object you can see usable. Also you just don't pick up the by walking up to it if you are running towards the object you may grab it with one hand and spin around then throwing. Also the physics stay the same even when in Sam Fisher's hands, so if you pick up a computer screen to throw and it is surrounded by other stuff it with knock them over instead of going through them.

Another added feature is the crowd mechanic, and said to to be a new mobile stealth device, because you no longer work for the government and your supplies are limited. You must use what is around you instead of what they use to give you. The crowd system is different from the one seen in other games, like people don't run into each other repeatably then turn around and walk a different direction. Now they see each other and move out of the way before they touch. The crowd also reacts to Sam's actions, like if you steal something or they see a gun they won't just keep walking. They may follow you, attack trying to be a hero, or call for help.

Sam may no longer have his green goggles but he seems to have some tricks this time. For example there is an almost sixth sense Sam has called the Heroes Instinct. The screen turns to a grey, and if there are any police or agents after you they will stand out from the crowd even if they are behind a wall or someone.

I hear all will be forgiven if you help take out the all-mighty war criminal & Death Eater Severus Snape.

This is a joke, for those that don't have a sense of humor.
