and we get extra credit for trying out. I'm in intermediate band, and it would be cool, but I don't know if I'm good enough to try out. We have to know all nine major scales, and I only know 4! I can't even remember what the scales are anyway..
...my band teacher let us pick up all district band music if we were thinking about it, and i did, and I'm saying HUH? It's kind or confusing.
I don't know if I should try it or not. You thoughts?

Aren't there 12 major scales? confused
Anyways, I think you should try it. You should get someone to help you with it. It's always good to try to the best of your ability.

It's always good to try and see what you can do. Also, you can hear other players around the district and meet new people and learn new techniques! ^^

yup... district. i guess our regional is similar to that. yeh, the music i got for it is... burning_eyes ... how is there a need for 10 double sharps and flats in a run?!?!?! and how the hell do you count 12/16(4/ cool ? oh well... i'll figure, i guess.
