Aaahhh Lust in the anime is so much more human. I like her a lot better and could relate to her. The manga Lust was someone more untouchable.
For deaths.. I guess it depends. I like the fact that Roy killed manga Lust because it showed he was strong enough to be able to kill a homunculus. The anime death was really sad in general, but it was good^^
And I'll leave off my rambling here.. <.<'' should finish my lit hw.

Eh...haven't seen a whole lot of the anime. But as of now, yay.
Anime death or Manga death?
Manga. Because it was just cool and it involved Roy. And Gluttony's little cute teary face after she died was just...cute. 4laugh Plus I love the whole way she says all that stuff about respecting Roy.

Lust's personality in the Anime- Yay or Ney? I'd say eh.
Anime death or Manga death? Manga death. It just seemed more... special. I mean, in the anime she just gets impaled if I recall correctly, but in the manga she dissolves a la Digimon. ^-^
What is her relationship with the other Sins? Let's see. Most of this is my speculation, and it's all based on the manga, but...
Pride: Neutral
Wrath: Neutral
Gluttony: Mother and son... sort of
Sloth: Neutral
Greed: Unfriendly
Envy: Neutral
Can another Lust be created in the Manga? Nope. Her Stone dissolved a la Digimon. Father didn't retrieve it; therefore, it no longer exists.
Weirdest Lust pairing? ...I've not seen one. Although I suppose LustxMaes would be very strange... of course, the strangest pairing I ever saw was PinakoxCornello... but that's off topic...

Lust's personality in the Anime - Yay or Ney?: Compared to in the manga, the anime made her definately seem more human. They're both fine to me.
Anime death or Manga death? I haven't read about the manga death yet.
What is her relationship with the other Sins? Pretty much neutral with everyone except Envy and Gluttony, which she spends the most time with. I guess you could say she has with Gluttony a mother/son relationship from the way they are almost always seen together.
Can another Lust be created in the Manga? Haven't gotten there yet.
Weirdest Lust pairing? Actually, I haven't heard of any...

I don't know how she dies in the manga, but the anime death is cool.

SHe gets along well with Gluttony, but that's all the realtionship I know of.
