We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our latest dealings with our extraterrestrial visitors.
Several of my agents met with the aliens 06 and 11 in towns recently.
We have been able to conlude from this encounter that at least those specific UFOs, if not all aliens, are without a doubt hostile.
The first thing we learned is that 19 means "NOTHING". They claim they were merely humoring us. (This may be a lie, as you will notice if you look at the crater...)
As soon as we started asking questions, the hostilities began. The aliens would only insult my agents, despite attempts to engage them in civilized conversation. These insults were directed at specific agents, my whole organization, and humanity in general.
It later came to light that the aliens plan to eat us.
They then claimed that Gaia was "Their planet now."
They left, promising that the next meeting would be "distinctly less pleasant."
In light of these events, the GIB has increased our alert level. We are now faced with the reality that an attack may come soon, and we will stand ready.
Remember, we are here for your protection.
