Agents, we're at a tough time right now.
Things are coming to a head, and quickly. Several of the aliens have already been confirmed to be hostile. Some of our leaders have gone missing.
But now, more than ever, we must exercise caution.
First of all, we MUST NOT BE THE ONES TO ESCALATE THE CONFLICT.
If and when the aliens strike, we WILL meet them full force, and I know we can beat them.
Until then, keep investigating. Keep finding out what the aliens are up to, and keep trying to make contact and negotiate with them.
As of right now, we are NOT at war. I know that you can show enough maturity not to provoke an intergalactic conflict before one becomes absolutely neccesary.
You are to observe the aliens. You are to attempt to communicate with them, and find out as much as possible. You are to make it clear that you are with the GIB when you deal with them. And no matter what, you are NOT to shoot first.

I here by vow that I will be faithful to the rules, as well as my own. And I will TRY to keep George under conrtol, he doesn't attack aliens unless I say so though. :3

Aliens are living creatures too, they have a right to live, plus I believe they have an advantage on us. We have no idea what their strenghths and weaknesses are, but I think they know how to hurt us at least. The "Delicious Humans" part kind of pointed to the fact that they know how to eat us. ._.
