An important staple of my family's diet is French bread. For a while, I thought only a few Vietnamese families ate it. Yesterday, I watched the World Baking Cup on the Food Network and I was surprised that Japan won the gold trophy. The Japanese eat mostly rice and fish, but in recent years, French bread has become popular.
We like to eat the bread with Vietnamese beef stew, curry, and cream cheese. We also make sandwiches out of them.
Do you like to eat French bread?

ninja One more night , I wanna be with you Where I wanna hold you tight…
Erm, I eat French bread since the very first time I could well chew...? :U
Indeed, it's good. "We like to eat the bread with Vietnamese beef/chicken/fish stew, curry, and/or cream cheese alone. We also make sandwiches out of them." It feels so right Tonight…

Oh yeah, pate is good, too. I think it's pork liver paste domokun I still eat it, even after finding out what it was.
Fresh French bread from the oven smells so good. And it tastes even better.

I've always seem to have a soft side for bread in general. There's a lot of supermarkets in my city that have French bread, but I don't know the authenticity of the bread they sell. Though in my university, they replaced the vending machines in the Student Center with a health food shop that sells tons of bread and other items (I love their bagels and cream cheese that sell for only $1.25) Now to keep us in check with our interest in bread, here's a little "food porn" that'll surely grab some attention: Pesto, Artichoke, Prosciutto and Asiago Panini (click picture for recipe) It's so beautiful.
