Spiderman could kick Lanzer's a**. I think it should be decided that way.
Spiderman could also kick Batman's, Robin's, the Fantastic Four and 5/8ths of the X-Mens a**.

He got krytonite gloves n' s**t.I agree on Batman > Superman though. Batman kicks arse despite having no powers whatsoever, whereas Superman's just some alien ponce who can be scared off with glowy rocks. But yeah, I'd like to see Spiderman kick Lanzer's a** anyway, just for the hell of it.

But anyway, why would they fight? Most of the Marvel superheroes get on with each other. They'd just team up and pick on the DC lot. And vice versa. And hence a great battle would ensue, until one winner stood above all others. And that'd be Superted. Aw man, I miss Superted.
