This thread can be a place to talk about the actors who play the characters we love.
So here is the cast list:
Hugh Laurie .... Dr. Gregory House Lisa Edelstein .... Dr. Lisa Cuddy Omar Epps .... Dr. Eric Foreman Robert Sean Leonard .... Dr. James Wilson Jennifer Morrison .... Dr. Allison Cameron Jesse Spencer .... Dr. Robert Chase Chi McBride .... Edward Vogler (5 episodes) (I almost didn't put him bc I hate him ) scream
So, what are your favorite things that these guys have been in besides House?
I rented Flight of the Phoenix because I heard Hugh was in it. I'm going to watch it tonight. 3nodding

MahoTsuki Mist of Veracity eek eek eek OMG, i'm so sorry Tsuki, i accidently pressed Edit instead of delete!!! eek gonk scream stressed gonk I"M SO SORRY!!! arg....these things are confusing me crying eek It's okay, be carful next time. 3nodding ... but why were you trying to delete my post? The power of being a mod is great, we must use it wisely... ninja Anyway, to restate (if I an remember, exactly) what was said in my post that Veracity edited by mistake: Flight of the Phonix was a good movie, you'll enjoy it Faeriebell. If not for the story, then for the fact that you can see Hugh without a shirt on. wink I've seen a few episodes of Jeeves and Wooster and Black Adder. It is strange to see Hugh acting in such polar opposite roles from Dr. House. And I saw Jesse Spencer in Uptown Girls (with Brittany Murphy), it was a pretty good movie, it made me cry at the end, though crying . He has brown hair in this movie and you even get to hear him sing. He has a good voice. 3nodding

But please don't drown yourself, we don't want to lose a mod so early on. wink I think I know why you pressed the wrong button: Where edit is in here, the quote button is out on Gaia. Normally we can only edit our own posts, but since we're mods here we can edit and delete...feel the power! Mwahahaha! *ahem* Not that I would do that carelessly... ...Seriously, I would'nt.Anyway, I heard Lisa Edelstein is in What Women Want (with Mel Gibson). I'll have to watch that movie again sometime...

Yeth, I accidentally started editing someone's post once instead of quoting it. Luckily I realized my mistake and hit the "back" button before any permanent damage was done :3
I ADORE Hugh Laurie in Black Adder Goes Forth. That show is hi-larious~ It's always hard for me to pick a favorite from Black Adder the Third (when he became a regular cast member), but definitely in the 4th season, he was my favorite favorite.
I remember when Omar Epps was on ER. I never actually watched that show regularly, but the number of studly young doctors involved was absolutely breath-taking whee

I recently saw Hugh's films Maybe Baby and Peter's Friends.....Wow, those are such great movies. I really recommend you guys (rather, girls) see them. Maybe Baby really got to me...it's really emotional, as is Peter's Friends. I am such a sucker for those kind of movies... sweatdrop

Hi guys.. yeah I finally had time to watch Flight of the Phoenix. It was good.. I liked it a lot. I don't want to fly on a plane though, I hate movies with crash scenes in them. Flips me out.
I'm watching the special features on the dvd and Hugh does an short interview. His character was interesting in this one.. he was definately an outsider as the manager (why do people hate management so much?!?) His character had a dark side for sure! I was so freaked out in the movie when he had the gun to that guys head. I didn't know what was going to happen next! (Oh on a side note Giovanni Ribisi is awesome in this.. I love him)
I had never seen Hugh with his English accent and it makes my knees weak. I don't know how I missed him before House came on, but I am such a big fan now.

Does he really hold his original accent in it? I've never heard it sweatdrop Well remember in teh Sorcratic Method? at the end where he 'disguised' his voice to get some into from that one doctor(to no avail), that part was really funny. Also, i watched the part where he was on the Jay Leno Show, and yeah, lovely lovely accent cool

It was funny, though. His accent in the Socratic Method even sounded a little "put on." I think. He sure does crack me up in Black Adder. OH. Man. I wanna see some more things with Lisa Edelstein. I really like her a lot. -hits the IMDb- I like her too.. I have seen Daddy Day Care, but didn't know who she was at the time.. I need to watch it again. she was also in What Women Want.. I have to rewatch that one too! She reminds me of Rachel Shelley, an actress from a movie I love, Lagaan. I have been looking through this site in pursuit Hugh Laurie knowledge and it's got lots of cool Hugh things: http://www.hughlaurie.co.uk/ Some great photos there! I know I have seen Stewart Little and 101 Dalmations, as well as many Black Adder episodes. Sometimes it takes me a long time to put a name to a face. (I did the same thing with Owen Wilson)
