I discovered this technique when I was in the second grade and it never let me down. This is a guide explaining how to enter the sub-conscious. This is my technique, I created it, and 90% of the time it will work if you practice it five days every week. I will not be responsible for any actions you take and I hope you can all benefit from this:
WARNING: This technique could strengthen empathy, telepathy, astral projection, precognition and possibly aerokinesis.
WARNING: Time goes by REALLY fast. What feels like 5 minutes to you is around 30 minutes to the world. Also, if your friends are shielding it can do major damage.
WARNING: Sometimes you will feel as in phsyically what happens to you in the imagination. For example, if you entered a dragon's lair in your friend's imagination, you might feel your flesh peeling off as the dragon engulfed your body in flames.
The first time, you should try it with friends, it's easier.
1. Go onto the astral plane
2. Find the person you hope to enter
3. Enter their body through their ear or eye (I prefer the ear, its much faster)
4. You should come to the end of the passage way you were traveling and see a large, vibrant object. This is known as the central core.
5. Enter it
The central core usually determines the personality, interests, or sometimes even element of a person (mine is this ball of fire that turns on an axis). The vibrant core is the person's center. You may enter the core to:
-Explore their imaginations (and interact with them ) -Message them There's a lot more after a few months of training
6. When you enter the core, you should see only white/a very subdued image of the core and three tabs: Explore, Message, and Control Panel.
7. Select explore, several more tabs will appear and there will be one labeled imagination.
8. Exploring the imagination of a person can be difficult (since we create so much). How organized the mind is depends on the person. For example, if the person was drunk, finding a place to go in their imagination could be hard because they're not thinking clearly. Normally, you will only have to think a few words and some options will appear.
9. To message your friends, go back to the original menu and select the tab labeled 'Message' (duh) and picture yourself typing in what you want to say. Yes, it is a chat-room-type-of-thing.
10. Visualize yourself exitting everything and moving away from the central core. Then, go back out the way you came. You should find yourself back in your body.
Shielding
I'm still working on this, I know it's possible to shield your sub-conscious because my friend managed to do it. Unfortunately, he made the shield so strong that it acted as an energyleech and I couldn't perform psi for a month.
I hope that was helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to PM.

QUE_MAGE how do u enter the astral plane ? There are many ways to enter the astral plane, but most people suggest you relax your mind and body. What I do is sit down in a quiet place and clear my mind of all distracions. What I would suggest is for you to experiment with different methods and techniques. A few would be: A symbol you created to help you get there Meditation Relaxation Or all of them.

I've done that before, though i didn't know that much of anyone else did it. It didn't seem that difficult to me. I used a different technique though, i gathered all my conciousness and moved it down my arm through my friend's temple (which had my hand resting on it) and wrapped my conciousness around his. from there i just focused on things i wanted to tell him, like i would suggest words or actions and i think each time it created enough of an urge in him to actually do what i was telling him, so i was pretty proud of myself. I've only done it twice, but it definately works better if your friend consents to it. I didn't really even have to work at it, i just sort of decided what i was going to do and did it. It was pretty fun, and it only left me drained for about five minutes. It also made it easier to tell what he was thinking, but mostly just through feelings, there were no direct sentences or anything. It was a lot of fun, but i haven't done it in months. I haven't done much of anything in months either though, so....
Anyway, good luck you guys! find a technique that works for you and give it a shot!

Controlling people is very possible when performing this. Mind-control through this technique, however, is not cool. One of my friends found out I had been controlling them for a long time and got really angry. He managed to create a shield that fought away intruders and I was dumb enough to test its abilities. It took me a month to build up enough energy to astral project again. Yeah, mind control, great power, bad after-math. sweatdrop

I kinda did this and with help of this technique and another friend learned how to unlock certain people's unlocked potential-ish thingies, sort of sweatdrop I've only done it ONCE to ONE person and I was thankful he didn't die when I talked to him the next day, so don't be asking me to do it to you... I also had to get to know him before going inside him neutral

I was more trying to get it to become like a telepathic link, not a way to control him. But I suppose that is what it could have turned into.

eek Oh... my.... GOD!!! *had an amazing idea*
If this technique lets you control other's consciousness....
And you can use this technique to help others unlock their potential...
And I recently (sort of) developped a VERY confusing and painful technique involving consciousness expansion that allows one to greatly multiply the power of their techniques...
eek If I were to do my technique while a friend of mine were to do this technique to help me.... we could rule the world! evil Uhh... err... I mean... give to charity? ninja
Hey LoBo, if you got this trick to work then you really have to help me try this 3nodding I can easily open my mind to the world and pulse thoughts across space (a trick that I learned to help one of my friend's psychically contact me ^^;; I fail at psychic contact, but since she was able to do it we managed a good conversation xd ) so I could help you to locate me in the astral realm, then you can help me expand my consciousness while I do my technique 3nodding Then I'll make the biggest psi-ball I've ever made, compact is smaller than I ever have before, and attempt to make it visible eek

Yes, that's how this method can end sometimes. sweatdrop You need to be careful of stuff like that, but I know you didn't mean harm. 3nodding

If you tried this technique on someone who you never met, there would be new information to process and it would be harder to perform the technique. But anyway, good job. Keep practicing, it helps. 3nodding

Gah... I suppose I don't have to tell you guys to be careful... I have gruesome images in my head of the many ways these could go wrong... you be especially careful, ambrose... you could get like, you know: dead. About the technique... well, I had done something like it with my now ex-girlfriend. It was... touching. I was also taught how to do it, and used it an attack... but I would pray for you guys if you have to fight enemies like that. *sigh* sweatdrop I really do hope I have the crappiest life, so others are better.

That's why you have to shield, like, really, really well. sweatdrop But there's a specific type of shield meant for this, I'm still trying to figure out a way build it...
