Miniature Australian Shepherds are the best breed of dog..
Not that having two makes me biased, or anything. 4laugh

Different types for different occasions.... if you want a lap doggie.... it's a cocker spaniel.... like my Chipper (after he was neutered, of course)..
If you want an all around good doggie.... A Golden Retriever....
But if you want a doggie you can cuddle up with and feel really safe next to, it has to be a St. Bernard....... Big, cuddly.. Soft.. just like Nana in Peter Pan..... heart

-part time ninja- Hordax Boxers and Pitbulls... boxers are nice ^_^ Yeah... They are... So are pitbulls... They just have a bad rap... but, once you see past there violent pass and understand them... they are really great dogs...

THIS--->  is my baby Cassie. Unfortunatley I said goodbye to her a few years ago... but I am pretty sure she is driving the angels nuts following them around with tennis balls to throw. heart

our muts are part lab, pitbull and retriever and i LOVE them great combination dumber than a box of rocks but sweetest girls ever. the next dogs i would get (well after Jewely-girl of course) would be a lab 1st choice and a beagle as a 2nd choice since my bf doesnt like big dogs

As far as registered breeds : (any of the three size) Schnauzers, (any of the four size) Poodles, and Soft Coated Wheaton Terriers
