Hello everyone, if you're here to sign up for a teaching position within Xanthian's Academy, let me begin by wishing the best of luck to you.
Those who will be filling out the application, I should ask you to please do your application in notepad (Windows), gedit (Linux) or your equivalent plain text editor. When submitting the application, please paste everything, including your answers, to me via private message. Once this has been done, I can begin discussing your application with Tsu and the BHL before making a decision on allowing you to join our crew or not.

Incorrect or vague answers will obviously count against the success rate. Where answers are incorrect, your reply should include corrections, unless your application was refused, in which case the research is up to you. For those who do get chosen to teach within this academy, you will be given a certain amount of responsibilities to maintain a good classroom, and you will be given a set of rules that can be applied within the classrooms. You are responsiblie for grading your student's work, attendence, behavior, participation and motivation.
