Right, well, since I haven't been on I've had a lot of time to think about this. And I've decided that, since this is my first time being this high a level and with this much responsibility in this guild, I should get people to tell me what they think. So this is where you memebers of Iwagakure can suggest different things, ask me questions or even just comment on my job that I'm doing.
Mostly, this is for me, so that I can say I'm doing everything I can....

Try holding some tests. Not the genin tests, but just see if they can do some basics....But put passers first...or not...ioono.

I don't know if any of the students know anything yet...that's what I'm trying to get at, but I'm going to be holding gennin exams...eventually.

We should have a class tournament between the students to see whos the strongest and the winner gets a prize.

seperate IC threads from OOC threads, like this one by putting OOC at the end of OOC threads.
It can get just a tad bit confusing otherwise.

I think a town marketplace would be good! Hell, I can draw the shop keepers so there wouldn't have to be a wait for a player shopkeeper to log in.

This is the stone village, I would belive somwhere around we would have mines even if there abandon. They would be goo means to bring money (story wise) to the village threw selling and refing materials form it sicne where basicly on a moutain. but alos it would be good place for iwa-nins to pratice useing earht as they would be literaly surounded by it.

A marketplace would be located in the village thread...the actual one. Also, shopkeepers would end up being NPC, like in the cafe.
As to the mine, I'll put some serious thought to it. Although the caves and ravince and such would work in a similar way, it does merit some debate before it's approved or shot down. Give me a day or two.

Maybe you could make this special chakra absording metal mined from the mines, but you would need to mine it without using ninja techniques, because naturally chakra absording metal absords chakra. This could be Rock villages number one exported material and should be highly priced, because it should be hard to mine aswell. And here is Asuma explaining about the metal: Only for manga readers. wouldnt the stone village have special earth style jutsus...is that learned by a certain level or made up my ninjas in the village?
