Kage wondered about this. What was your first views? Like, how was your beginning in the AMC like?
Me, I remember a few things. Mainly, I think I just decided that there were a few too many Inuyasha topics. It wasn't as bad as it is now. I actually posted a few times. I saw Morbid Gnome a lot when I was in the threads actually. ^^;
The main thread I was in was the Anti-Sticky, and shoot me for this because I can't remember what it was about anymore. I think my username was EclipseAzNGTX then. It was pretty cool, except for the fact that I was just.. a newbie then. I was also on dial-up only getting on a bit before and after school. Not for long anyways, so it just SUCKED backlogging cause MAN was it easy for it to go another 50 pages from my post.
I'd talked to a few people there though they probably don't remember. I almost became Malayrush's n00b-pet. O_O I remember Skizz. Haha I avoided posting a picture of me then cause I had no way to take one.
I remember the old Otaku thread. XD That was like, actually telling what the definitions of "otaku" was. It was funny seeing people trying defend their reasons for calling themselves otaku.
After awhile I took a break from Gaia and then found out a short while later that the Anti-sticky was gone. I then moved on to the former-must read thread that Morbie made. From then.... it kinda came to be how it was now. XD Way too much chatter-bump? XD
So, after my.. stupid post about my experiences and beginnings here in the AMC. How was yours?

First post, woo.
My first thoughts: People in the AMC are too gullible (regarding Orlan's old thread) and then shortly after "WAY too many people like Inuyasha". Yeah, that was basically it, then I gradually saw more and more spammy stuff and now it is like it is today.

When spoofed threads were used so much? Yeah I remember Orlan's old thread. People REALLY didn't read the first posts a lot.
Heh, I learned from the Anti-Sticky some things while I was a newb. One thing? It's adviseable to read the first post, first few pages and last pages, or the whole thread.
XD It's hard to read 50 pages threads. I hate backloggin that way. XD

Came into AMC (actually TVA) in June 04, back when it was starting to have an increase of OMG I LUV INUYASHA!!!!!
Used to hung out in the Exchange before that. I remember, I went into every Anti-Kikyou thread and there was this thread some girl made about the Pro-Kikyou and Anti-Kikyou "war". Quite hilarious. Then there was Orlan's satire thread. Contributed to it. The good old pre-mod days. xd

I came into the AMC when I was Sly Fox Hitokiri, if anyone remembers. I once made a topic about how much I hated Dragonball Z, and then I got yelled at by someone whom I affiliate with in Vs. threads a lot. Then, I made that thread, "You're NOT a Manga-ka." Boy, I was a really adament ranter back then. I was such a jerk.
