So. The Moon. I believe a full one is coming, or is on its way, or is soon. Something like that. My questions to you are ...
1. Have you found any effects to it? Healing? Protection? Chaos?
2. Is it specifically the time of it, or do you think it's related to the full light of it?
3. What impact does it have upon you and the things that you do?
And any other interesting information you've gathered!

I'd have to say generalized chaos for me. The full moon may be beautiful, but she seems to carry a vengence.
Usually, it's around the week leading up to a full moon where I'll have this crazy hunger-ish feeling and this feeling of..well..generalized agitation. Like, I'll really really really be trying to avoid people and jazz for fear of lashing out at them..or something. I guess the only thing that I can possibly compare it to is what I've read about vampiric hunger when it kicks in and just has been ignored to the point that it just begins to tear at you a bit, telling you to just bite into that random person over there and draw blood..either that or a shift of sorts..just that I don't feel like crawling about on all fours so much as just biting down and just tearing into something. Love the sight of a full moon, loathe that almost predatorial hunger type-ish feeling. >.<

Umm..*clears throat*..My..uh..time.. ninja ..is usually around the time of the full moon too..usually about a week before. So that don't help much with things in making them less chaotic. Mood Swings + Cramps = teh suck.
But..I think that the crazy hunger type thing could be attributed to the moon's light or the energies/radiation it's emitting. Perhaps my aura just doesn't like it any more and it's rejecting it/the moonlight clashes with my auric vibrations somehow? Maybe there's something going on with the moon on a paranormal level or sorts and I'm somehow subconsiously sensing it and it's bothering me just THAT much..Maybe it's all just imagined..Maybe I'm just a crazy who needs to seriously be institutionalized or Maybe it does just all have to do with the time of the month..but I've my doubts 'bout the latter. sweatdrop

Well Yagi...that was...enlightening...(bad pun)...
Really for me the light of it always calms me just like the ocean does. And since the Moon is related to the water it makes sense.

I'm not an amazingly "in touch" with magic person, but I've felt sensations as the result of the moon, before. Usually it doesn't even bother me during the week of the full moon (supposedly it has extra strength during the entire week), but only on the day of the full moon. It usually gives me a little bit of worry or fear for some reason that I can't seem to explain.... I just watch my back and live with it for a night ninja Could it mean something?

I feel the power of the moon...different powers are present at different times, but it is definitely the strongest on the night it is full. Even the most mundane person can feel something mysterious about the moon at this time.
This past full moon (yesterday), I conquered many difficulties and received a great reward...and now I am infinitely happy again. I haven't felt like this in a long time...

The moon is makes my heart beat faster. IT's so exciting. ^_^ I am by no means otherkin (at least to my knowledge), but it just does. The moon has the opposite of the ocean on me. IT's like an endless possibility, a question with no real answer but a thousand different attempts, or even that first kiss.
I know I'm corny. Get over it. xd
But yeah the full moon is just so exhilarating!

For me the full moon makes me feel wonderful, energized, all that good stuff... ^ ^ I'm always really happy and in a deep, spiritual mood when I see it.

I don't know what effects the moon has on me, with it just being there... But when I see a full moon it makes me feel so much lighter, like I'm being lifted out of my body.

Hmmm, well... I like the moon... I don't know if it affects me in any way, I'm just kind of fascinated with it half the time and end up staring at it... you can see the dark parts of the moon if you look. I haven't really bothered to try to spot the new moon before though... So... I just stare at the moon, and it calms me down to be outside looking at it most nights... that's about it. Just me, the moon, and my thoughts(maybe my cat).
I get the same way with rain. I'll just go stand out in it. 3nodding
