Welcome

Ok, now, I'm thinking of making a costume contest for all members of the guild...so here's the info:

~ the voting will start in September 2006 and the final vote will be on Halloween 2006 (I know this seems like a long way away, but making the costume may take a long time, and it may take a while for people to participate)

~ you're costume MUST BE one of the MAIN CHARACTERS on House M.D. (House, Cameron, Chase, Foreman, Cuddy, and Wilson (no Stacy, b/c I don't think she's REALLY that much of a main character)

~ it costs 500g to join (I know it sounds a bit pricey, but if it isn't, there won't be enough prize money sweatdrop )

sooooo...what do you think?

Why should I consider participating?

Well, besides the fact that you can win big prizes, you should also join because I need to save up money for quest items. If you look at my journal (or even my profile) you'll see that every bit of gold counts. So please help me out and join this fun and exciting contest. Thank you and have a nice day! biggrin

(please don't think I'm trying to sound conceited by saying this because I just realized that it kinda does make me sound conceited sweatdrop )

I guess this is like... House avatar cosplay!

Hmmmm... Pretty neat idea.Maybe I'll enter.

I know you need gold and everything, but you should probably lower the entry fee to the lowest you can manage to maintain the prizes you want to give. Making money should really be left to a quest thread or donation thread or something. This entry fee is so high as to be prohibitive. If you cut it to 500, more people will probably want to enter.

what I mean by costume is you get an outfit and dress up like a character

and I'll lower it, I just want to make sure I have enough money for the prizes...I just figured I'd have money left over so it would be easier to do my quest
