I thank Matt will be a better QB than Vince Young. Kurt Warner will be the starter in Arizona. Vince will start in Tennese. Mat will have more time to learn and at USC he had weapons in Arizona he has Fitzgerald, Boldin, James. He will do better and I believe he will show his ability. Not knocking Vince young but a QB can't just be thrown in so fast look at Alex Smith he had a horrible season. Look at Big Ben he waited one game but he waited and learned from Maddox. Look at Brady he rode the bench until Bledsoe sat down. Payton did it because he had weapons. vince has some Givens and LenDale. But I just thank Matt will adapt better. Vince stayed in Shot Gun in colledge. It will take him a while but he will do it. I hope they both have great carrers biggrin biggrin biggrin

Ok, first of I'll start with Matt. Leinart is walking into an ideal situation in Arizona. They have some really great offensive weapons, and a defense that keeps improving. He gets to learn behind a Pro Bowl/SuperBowl MVP in Kurt Warner, and Dennis Green has always been know to work well with his QB's. But Matt's success won't be based solely on him, he has all the elements around him to make him succed just like at USC. He'll have a good career, but I don't think it will be anything great.
Now....on to Vince. He isn't walking into an ideal situation. There is alot of choas in the Titans organization, between losing alot of high caliber players over the last 4 years to the big McNair mess going on right now. The Titans do have some good weapons. They have 3 running backs that are of starting quality. I think Drew Bennett is a tad under-rated at the wide-out spot and David Givens, while not a superstar, can play. Now, do the Titans play Vince right away? Or do they let Billy Volek hold down the fort? Either way they're going to have a QB starting with not a whole lot of experience. I honestly think Vince would be better off PLAYING this year, just because I think every QB has to have adversity, something to rise above. I think that's where Vince will shine. The Titans will continue to build around him, and making it his team. He's a huge piece of the puzzle I think for the Titans to return to their glory days. I think when its all said and done, 10 years from now, Vince Young will be remembered more then Matt Leinart. Hence, I think he'll have the better career.

Thats an interesting question. Personally, I think Vince Young will be remembered more. Its just too damn early to tell which will be better than the other. "Seduce my mind and you can have my body. Find my soul and I'm yours forever." ~Anonymous [ No, you can't use my tribal images. ]

although i think Vince is better because of his running ability, I think matt will do better because Vince will probably be shut down like Mike vick was.

Vince Young a very good player. I think that he is the next mike vick. But if he keeps running the ball like he did in college, then he will get crushed by guys like Ray Lewis, Troy Palamalu and Ed Reed.

Vince Young is definately going to have a headstart, especially since they traded McNair to the Ravens. Cards are probably going play Leinhart behind Warner.

I agree with Ethereal Nemisis, look at what both players are getting into. Matt has a much better chance.

It's hard to say considering neither of them have even played a snap in the NFL but I would have to say Matt will have a bit more success. I think he is more fundamentally sound then Vince Young.

if your looking at it from just a althletic standpoinmt it vince but qb skills it's most likly lienart. vince reminds me of a micheal vick type qb who can run with ball and throw and reminds more of a tom brady type who can sit in the pocket and fire bullets all over the feild

Lazyboy74 Vince, because he can scramble. as john madden says in maddennfl 2004 its hard to control a qb who can scramble . thats what madesteve your a great qb he could sit in the poctet and pass or he could run and pick up a first down

riku-axel matt has a better foundation than vince young but he will get traded **blinks** .....There is no way Matt Leinart will get traded. Leinart is the Cardinals QB of the future, and probably the best QB Prospect they've had since Steve Lomax back in the 80's. Leinart is going to be in the desert along time.
