Hi ^.^ I'm Mike <-- real name My username.. is well look to the left I got the name from this book i had to read for orchistra my teacher Mr. T (can't spell his full name because it's liek czecht/german) so we call him Mr. T of the voilin anyways. my history class had just learned about ww2 and the holocaust, and it was really bugging me, because i mean i had known that the holocaust had happened it was a bad thing, lots of people were killed. but i didn't know the whole story or how bad it was. Mr.T and me talked and he told me about this book "The Pianist" it's about Wladyslaw Szpilman a WONDERFUL pianist whom is jewish and lives in Warsaw Polland and lives in the ghetto and lives through the war hiding in the abandoned buildings and stuff. It's my favorite book because I can realate to him about his love for the piano, thats how I am with my violin. ::goes over and huggs Tabitha<-- voilins name... yes i named her:: and i really love the story how because of his love for the piano he survives the war and then goes on to be one of greatest and most well respected pianist in europe, though sadly most of america has not heard of him.. so i made my username after him because i love the book. ^.^ plus i think somone else already had "The Pianist" as their username lol

Even though I'm not too fond of Holocaust movies I really want to see The Pianist... didn't read the book but my friend's reading it right now it looks nice... but I need to find an English version and since our library's English books section stinks and has almost nothing worth reading I'm not sure I'll be able to find it....
