Today was a day that Aiolos was lucky enough to meet up with Okenite, who promised that he would teach her some new words as well as beginning her reading lessons! The thought caused her so much happiness that she was practically chirping and singing while they were on their way to the spot they would settle at, chatting about all the shinnies and food that she had aquired. "U-Ummmn! A-Aiolos----I-I had hot flower? Made friend! F-Ferrrr onnn eeeea?" She pointed to her headwings, "Had...The fluff! No wing! Nice!" She practically beamed, fishing in her basket to show him the flower she had accidentally nommed, "Not nom nom...Hot. Dont like..." the color was pretty though, which is why she kept it around...That and the fact that it reminded her of her new friend that she hopped to meet soon.
"O-Oh! More friend! K-Kemi!" She poiinted to her headwings, "Same as Aiolos! but..." She turned and grabbed her tail, "Not like Aiolos here...Kemi fluffy." That reminded her of something, "O-Okenite...What phone? What is Mauuuuveeeaaan? Kemi said Aiolos---I should have?" She was very confused but if anything she hoped her....Good friend? Mate interest? Favorite person? Should have some answers. Oh! There was something sparkling in the bush and not thinking much of it, the small senshi quickly ran to the bush to pick up what was calling her.
A dice?
Turning to the agent, she held the die up with gusto. "Look! Shiny! E-Erm! Dice?! Im keep!" she could add it to her growing collection of things at her room! Maybe she could show one of the Bells too!

With midterms out of the way and more free time now that he'd found out he didn't have to touch people to drain, Okenite was glad to have time to keep his promise to Aiolos. While her speech was still sort of broken, at this point, he felt like he understood things more often than not. Unfortunately, that meant as she explained what seemed like other animal-like senshi, he found himself slightly worried that it could lead to one or more of them showing up due to his position as a captain. But he kept that to himself and nodded, interjecting only to repeat some of the names without the spread-out bits. "So Feronia has fluff up top, and oh, that's Nasturtium, I believe." Pointing to the red-petaled flower. It was also one that many birds avoided, so he was fairly sure it would have done the same thing to Aiolos. They were pretty, though even if the birds he liked so much avoided them. "Oh? So a fluffy tail?" And with a name like Kemi, he had an idea that one was male and the other was female. Then the question about a phone and mauvian, things he wasn't sure about but knew they were related to how things worked on the opposite side. "Well humans have phones, they use them to call each other from far away. As for a mauvian... they're little creatures that look like cats. I was told they're good with technology here." Thinking on it, not sure that she knew what the word meant, he pulled out his iPod. But by then, she was calling from over by the bushes, and he saw her holding a dice before she vanished. Standing up, he hurried over and looked around for her. "Aiolos?!" But even as he moved the bushes, there wasn't a sign of her. Just another dice, this one clear as ice. Picking it up, everything shifted, and he tensed up, wondering what would happen next.

Quote: Space 1:You feel eyes upon you, and hear a faint chuckling, like you’re the butt of someone’s joke. It sets a bad mood for the rest of this game; you’re already being judged–and, it looks like a long road ahead.
There was panic the moment her world shifted and straight up disappeared from her view. With a shocked chirp, Aiolos dropped the new shiny die she had, and a single dot faced her on the space just ahead of her. With confusion and more than a little fear, the senshi moved forward, reaching to pick up the dice. As soon as she did, the hairs on her neck stood up as shivers went down her spine. She could feel...Something or someone staring at her, but she couldn't find them no matter where she turned. A frown marred her face while she tried to speak up, to say something to deter the person or thing looking at her but all she could do was trill with alarm.
The laughing continued and all Aiolos could do was hold her arm and look down at the ground in shame. She was trying her best and it seemed like all anyone wanted to do was pacify her or keep her dumb...Why else would these people laugh at her? "S-Stop...Please. Not funny."

With how quickly things seemed to separate them, Okenite rolled the die and hoped it would get him to her. Taking the moment he had while he was in her square, he placed a hand on her shoulder. "You're okay, Aiolos, we can figure this thing out. Just roll the dice, and we can get through it okay?" Showing her the cube before he got pushed further ahead, he tried to reach out, but an invisible wall kept them separated. Before he really registered a sound, he felt something shoot past his outstretched hand and slice the side of it. Yanking it back, he held his hand to his chest as he looked down at it. The cut wasn't deep, but it stung, and he looked around to see where it had come from. A thrum of panic went through him at the fact that he couldn't see where or when the next attack might come. But with Aiolos looking out of sorts already, he tried to tamp it down as he looked back. "Please be careful! Something doesn't seem right here. I can't get back to you!" Quote: Space 6: You hear a shrill, humming noise; it sounds almost like something is firing past you–and sometimes, you even feel a sharp burst of air, like something has just missed you. Maybe, even, it does get a slice out of you. Sharp, bladelike threads seem to string up around you; you’d best be careful not to get cut on any of them between now and your next dice roll.

Quote: Space 2:Something pale and ghostly slams into your back; you don’t see it, but it feels like it’s trying to push you forward–or to the side, or off the path. Thankfully, the magical glass walls stop you from going too far, but this is jarring–and might hurt.
There was a temporary bit of relief when Aiolos saw okenite appear beside her, already relaxing at his words. That moment was short lived however, since Okenite was quickly swept forward and from her, she reached out with a whimper, then followed his instructions and reached out for the die in front of her. She scrunched her eyes shut, and tossed the die like it was trying to bite her, popping an eye open when the invisible wall removed itself. She stepped into the square, and the invisible wall seemed to seal itself behind her. At first, she thought she was maybe in a safe square...But then something hit her back so hard she was slammed into the invisible wall in front of her. There was a high pitched yowl of pain that came from her before it came at her again, trying to push her out. "S-Stop! Hurt! Please!" she was already crying, moving out of the way when she felt the presence at her back once more.

Quote: Space 9: The smell of saltwater fills the air, and you can hear the water lapping against the shore. You hear boards creaking, and bells in the distance. And then, a song. Haunting. Ghostly, and calling you. For a second, you fall in love. And then, water fills your lungs. You’re choking, you can’t breathe. The song is loud and seems to caress you, even as a wet chill gathers in your square. Scaly hands reach for you, you gently caressing, and try to lure you into an endless sleep

Quote: Space 15: Bats. Maybe you missed them attacking earlier, but they’re back again, and angrier than ever. Instead of just screeching or scratching, they’re swooping down and biting now–and the effects are instantaneous. The little teeth are sharp and painful, but once bitten you might feel agitated and prone to violence, and you might feel perpetually cold and hungry with no relief in sight. The effects might last when you leave the square–or they might linger for a few hours or days after you get out of here.
