Sinope was out patrolling one evening when he realized it was Midsummer Night's Eve. It reminded him of his favorite play, A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare, in which a trickster fairy, Puck, worked some magical mischief upon some unsuspecting victims. It had been harmless, of course, as tricksters seldom meant to do any real harm, but it had caused quite the ruckus and the memory of the play's story caused Sinope to smile. Like Puck, he too tended to cause mischief, but rarely ever harm, especially with the non-violent powers his powered form granted him.
After he wandered from rooftop to rooftop, Sinope eventually found himself at a park and sensed an Order Senshi's energy signature nearby. Curious, he drew closer, amused at how the park's greenery - even if difficult to see in the dark - was very much like the greenery that was often portrayed in renditions of the Midsummer Night's Dream play. He continued venturing deeper into the park, guessing that by now the Order Senshi must have sensed him just as he had sensed them and wondering what they would make of his chaotic energy signature as a Dark Mirror Senshi.
When he came across the girl, he was surprised to see just how young she was. Dark Mirror Senshi didn't have any Chibi senshi as far as he knew, but he remembered being around her age when he had first woken as a powered being; the youngest in his court at the time. He wondered what she was doing all alone in the park and if there were other Order Senshi who she could contact if she ran into trouble. One never knew when there were dangerous youma lurking about, after all.
