The Meteor Shower (3) : It wouldn’t be a star festival without a meteor shower! Right on time, a beautiful array of shooting stars graces the night sky. This time of year is unnaturally clear and it’s incredibly easy to see the stars. Most meteor fragments appear to be little white or yellow lights streaming across the sky, but if you watch closely enough you may find that some of them seem to be a whole rainbow of colors. The scientists have reported that it’s just different components burning up as they enter the atmosphere, but there’s something undeniably magical about it.
Hela spent a few days checking out the best places to see the sky again, remembering the amazing photos she'd gotten last year by using long exposure times for them. She wasn't sure if she could swing that this year after all the craziness with going to space and getting K.Oed by something in the forest trail with Asuka but she was gonna give it a good one-two shot.
Powering up and hopping through the mirrors with all her camera gear, she popped out and walked the last few blocks towards this nice-looking hill where she'd seen some yoga classes held. It wasn't something she ever did, it didn't make much sense to her but then again a lot of the stuff that these people in the city did didn't make much sense to her. Hybris had been helping her figure it out between sharing the juiciest gossip she'd ever heard.
Plopping her camera down on its tripod, she started setting up and adjusting all her settings to try and get some good shots to add to her portfolio. A few signatures nudged at the edge of her awareness but she was a bit busy with what she was doing. As long as they didn't mess with her camera too much she was up for whoever showed up to say hi.
