The main area of Aoibheann's room is fairly sparse. She has a twin bed nestled in the corner, opposite the door running perpendicular to it. The bed, adorned in simple dull blue sheets with little accent to it, has a built-in mahogany shelf system starting at the headboard and wrapping around the side of the bed along the wall ending at the foot. The platform of the bed contains quad-drawer storage as well. Along the same wall as the door entering her room is a desk and desk chair with minimal storage. All set on a darker blue carpet. A door inside leads to a private bathroom with just enough space to be functional.

Aoibheann had finished getting her things moved in and set up in her new dorm. Now, to meet her teammates. She even had her exercise equipment set up. It'd been a pain to transport, but, she really liked the convenience of not having to actually go somewhere specifically to use exercise equipment. Right now, she was dressed in a pair of running shorts and her supporter, rummaging through the fridge with a 22.5 kilo curling dumbbell in hand. She was fresh from the shower and had her hair pulled back and clipped up behind her head. Running down her back was a series of tattoos in line with her spine. At first glance, they might look like simple blue chevrons, though, they were intricately detailed in a Celtic-knot fashion and, by the size and how far down they went, she must have nearing thirty of them.
It was about time for one to have her own room! The gym was no place for perfection of the face. Sharing space with so many others... Ugh. Even as more had come and gone, the boredom, and wanting her own room had been excruciating on the waiting scale. Privacy shouldn't require THAT much privilege! weeks of waiting, felt like forever. She had to keep all the stuff she had bought in a storage of all things, with her boss at work covering the finance on that part!! She had been looking forward for awhile for that stuff to come out of there. Luckily.. Today was that day!
As soon as she had heard she was finally put on a team, Nejina was ecstatic. Not even a minute after she had been told the news, she had been on her scroll immediately, preparing to have all her stuff brought over. Goodbye peasant sheets and bed!!! Hello comfort~! The young woman had taken no time at all into rushing and pursuing to her room, once the information had been given to her via scroll. "Room 23..." Hoping to have been first, there was a rush on her ensuring she had all her things, having fled that gym with an unusual spring in her step. Practically having a sassy strut to her steps, it wasn't until she had reached room 23, having no thoughts at the time about her teammates... At least... Not until her hand had touched the doorknob. Freezing, she had to take a breath, her eyes narrowing at the door itself. "Conceal the thoughts, swallow the itch down. Swallow the craving down.." A small mantra in her head, Nejina had glanced left and right, before finally turning the knob. "Here goes.... Can always leave if its all faunus..." Muttering those words under her breath, she had finally taken her first steps into their dorm room. Upon entering the room itself, she certainly wasn't the first one there. That much was true, given by the red head with the tattoos, work out clothes, and rummaging upon their fridge. "Oh my, I seem to be second it seems..." Bringing her bags in with her, she had shut the door, approaching Aoi. "Please tell me there is some mineral water in there. I am rather parched." Inspecting the new roommate, from what Nejina could see, she was human. "GOOD" Such a thought brought her to relief, rather happy that luck was on her side. "I do hop these rooms are fantastic. I have been looking forward to having my own room for what felt like Ages~! Which has me thinking on moving my stuff to my room. Us early birds have to snag the good stuff~!"
Forgetting introductions altogether, she had rushed to an empty room, looking at the remaining three. One had a red carpet~! An instant winner!!!! How it looked like fate. Nejina had no qualms about the room itself for that matter. "Could use some things... but this is just right~..." Setting it all down quick, she clapped her hands together, heading back out to the other room. "As i was forgetting... Hm... Here I was, packing in with no proper greeting. I take it we'll be teammates, and I am all for the colorful tattoos and all~!... Ahm... As such... Pleased to meet you... Nejina Hakusai~."

Aoibheann was pulling out a bowl and plate as the door behind her opened. The bowl was filled with what looked like a very thick cream topped in green onions and the plate was loaded with sausage, though, it was black and white. The girl who walked in asked about some water before quickly getting distracted and running off to one of the other rooms, leaving Aoibheann standing there a bit confused. She went ahead and covered the plate and bowl with paper towels and popped it in the microwave. When the girl returned and actually introduced herself, it would be to the smell of heavy butter, potatoes, and sausage.
"Aye. How's she cuttin? Name's Aoibheann. Eve or Eevee's grand too. You're a pure class one ain't ya? Ain't been round but a minute an' yer bouncin off the walls. Yer welcome ta grab a bottle. Ain't bought any o' that mineral water, too rich for me blood. But, there's some bottled spring water icin' up in the icebox. An' me marks ya said? Ain't much really. I seen some blokes walkin round scattered with some all over. Ain't really my thing. Tradition in me family ta mark a deadly hunt. Each o' 'em marks when I brought back a kill. Ah, stall the ball though. I'm still gettin used ta how people talk round 'ere. I ain't from round 'ere. Me home is up in some mountains. Little village really. Ain't much o' a thing. Specially next ta Vale."
As she spoke, the microwave started beeping and she pulled the food out and set it on the counter to let the dishes cool a bit. The entire time, she kept a smile on, hoping the girl wouldn't imagine some offense to what she'd said. Learning to talk in a different manner was proving to be a bit more difficult than she expected."If ya want, I can help ya settle in once I'm done eatin. I only just finished with my stuff an I'm a fair whack stronger than I look. Plus, ain't nothin but faffin about planned for the day so, might as well make use of it yeah?"
Oh my.... Hadn't she walked into a simple food smell? The sausage had her curious towards the meal, but given the contents she had barely been able to see upon first entering the apartment, the obvious answer had to be a form of soup. As to what specific kind, there were plenty out there that possessed the same smell. The smell of potato was regarded, but it hadn't fully dawned on her the real dish. The dish itself was the least of Nejina's interest for that time being. Her inquiry was more towards her new roommate, who had carried a very heavy accent that she didn't recognize all too much. "Interesting name..." Eve clung to her better out of those three choices. It was simpler to remember. "Duly noted." Aoi had went on however, asking if she was a pure class. Oh? Had that meant rich girl? Ooh boy... Such a question brought on a huge smile upon the woman's face. Hehee~! "I love being asked such questions~!" Her smile did not last fully long, dropping slightly top a more crestfallen expression towards the water. Such a thing was no big deal, as water was truly water in any given bottle at the end of the day. She oddly preferred the extra components inside the contents of mineral though. No idea why. Nejina made no response to that part as it was, more so approaching the fridge to grab one for herself. This was happening, all while Aoi was continuing on about the markings she possessed. "Ah... Interesting..." Rather intrigued by the customs of her household, she had taken a gander upon a sip of that water, ensuring the bottle never fully touched her lips. Who wanted to apply make up in front of someone they had just met!?!? Then again, her new roommate was bringing up some extra information about her after the marks, speaking of herself being from around the mountains. "Oh! I can only imagine how it must have felt living in those parts. I've been around the more rural side of Vale myself. Small as it was, there wasn't too much that happened around me. I honestly am simple, and had lived a much normal life!"
About to say more, the sound of the microwave interrupted their conversation. In truth, Aoi looked and acted human to her. The way she spoke meant nothing towards a negative aspect. It was more about learning to adjust around to understand the accent with a full clearness of understanding. "Well, I'm sure you'll have no time at all to adjust around to everything in a linguistic manner." Was she actually being nice? Surprisingly, yes. She was being one hundred percent heartfelt. It was odd, extremely. The appreciation had grown more so, when she was offered with help to settle in. "Well, I am rather freed up on my schedule today. That would be wonderful to have an extra hand. I have a few items of furniture coming in for my room within an hour or so in fact. Some of it may require an extra set of hands. I would love the help for sure!."

Aoibheann set the weight on the table with a noticeable thud before picking up the dishes with some silverware and took a seat to eat. Nejina, as she called herself, seemed to be fairly interested in the town Aoibheann came from and the redhead shrugged a bit."Like I said, it ain't much. Small an high up in the mountains. Only really got started jus' before the Fall begun from what I know. So, it' ain't all that big. An everyone kinda does a bit o everythin. I ain't especially skilled in much, but, I done bit o carpentry, metal workin, minin, farmin, just 'bout anythin ya can think of really. I took more ta huntin an trackin meself though. Know a bit bout plants too from makin medicines. An me pa taught me a bit bout fightin hand to hand. Ain't many girls my age back there so, figured better ta teach me just ta be safe rather than relyin on him ta keep an eye on me. Same with me sisters."
She began to eat and, despite what one might expect based on her diction, she handled herself with, perhaps, an unexpected proper manner. It was also fairly clear that she wasn't simply boasting about her strength. She may not have any heightened sense of strength, but she was certainly a fair bit more athletically built than average for a girl their age. By no means was she chiseled, but she certainly had some noticeable muscle definition about her. As Nejina seemed eager for the assistance, she spoke again."Grand. I'm used ta pullin me weight an, if we're ta be on the same team, we should be helpin each other out where we can yeah? As fer me talkin, if ya need me explainin what I'm sayin, go ahead an' say somethin. Ain't no use shootin me mouth off if no one can understand. Fer example, I get these weird looks when I say, 'stall the ball'. Back home, it's how we say 'Hold on a sec'."
So this was what it was like to ask people where they had come from? Had that question been too vague to bring up? Seemed like it. That was more so, as Aoi was speaking, and talking on all the people having a hand in everything around her parts. Even going on her own experience and knowledge she had from there. Living life off the land practically. That was how it had come off at least. Learning everything natural and real practice. Nothing was better than using such route to perfection. If it worked, who was she to judge? Well... She judged a lot of stuff in general, so this was perhaps an exception to her. The only thing that actually had her feel some sort of empathy at all, was the lack of other females her age there. Taking use of that to train, rather than be immersed in other things seemed logical. Better preparation. "Seems to make sense. There is nothing wrong with variety in skill work. Having just the right knowledge I find would be useful. Never know when either."
As Aoi had began to eat, she herself had taken a surveyed around the room from where she was. "Hm... Could use more... Something..." Unable to put her finger on it, Such brainstorming was left to the side, as Aoi had spoken once more to her. Help each other? Teammates were able to do so? Who knew? "Hm, that is something I shall do my best to uphold on my end then. I am not to familiar with teamwork, or team play with others. I refuse to be a mascot for the matter. All the sweating and jumping about I would find too tiring and sweaty." As for Aoi's voice and talking, Nejina had finally cracked her persona a little, twirling some of her hair in her fingers. "Not to worry. I have met worse for speech out there. I find it a welcoming change of pace compared to other things. I'm sure with enough linguistic conversations, I'll be able to understand in no time. I can promise I'll figure something out. I am not exactly a professional speech-giver myself. I have been given such odd looks, as my own words... May come in with riddling intent. I can safely say you stand with a better, good reason to yours~."

Aoibheann didn't think much of the response she got for her speaking of the variety of tasks she had experience with. Experience and hard work were always something someone would appreciate in others she believed so, it only seemed a natural thought process to her."Aye. Be good ta know which ones ta use fer helpin gainst infection, or on rashes in the event yer out fer a while and running low on medical supplies. Probably even best ta use em first, save the proper stuff fer somethin real bad."
She finished her food and took the dishes over and washed them in the sink before drying them and putting them away and wiped the sink down to boot. She turned and grabbed the weight from the table to resume the curling she'd put on pause to eat while Nejina spoke about her experience with teamwork and Aoi's manner of speech."Grand. Though, a little sweat ain't gonna kill ya. An its only worse wearin a shirt. All that fabric stickin ta ya is what makes it uncomfortable. Airin out, feels bloody amazin when yer sweatin. Like yer standin in air conditionin after comin in on a hot day. Ain't judgin mind. If it ain't fer ya, it ain't fer ya an ya can figure out how ya can help if manual work ain't yer thing. Like, I understan lots a folk ain't keen on being out when the weather's gettin manky. But, I love when it's pissin' rain, An' I love bein in it while workin out. It's all bout what's good fer ya."
Herbology was a foreign subject to behold upon Nejina, but to have been offered on learning to track for plants, the offer was tempting. Almost onto the idea straight away, it was towards the clarity of the herbs being for remedial purposes had she settled herself a little, brushing her hands upon her skirt. "I do like that way of thinking for it. Medicinal plants sound more trusting than that over the shelf swivel that doctors put who knows what into. I'd rather face my trust into something more natural as is." Was that really the case though? something had crossed her mind on that factor. "Then again, if there were any plants that look alike to the ones that you speak of, such a thing would be troublesome. If you are able to show me the differences, I'd be able to make sure if need be, I'd be able to use the right ones to cure, and not the wrong ones to harm." All too true, especially if she was ever to resort to it. Even she had some morals, long as her teammates she could tolerate. So far, Aoi was tolerable. She was wanting to be nice and helpful, as a teammate. Nejina wasn't going to hold that against the girl. As someone who was still on the peak of properly learning to associate with people, she still had a long way to go herself. Against other humans, she was fine admitting these things, all while still feeling as if she were a queen still. Some things weren't changed too much. The queenly behavior went only stronger, as she had been told sweat wasn't going to kill her.
"Perish the thought!" Sweat and dirt was gross. Yes, it was good for the body to let out stuff, and the dirt was good for building an immune system. Nejina didn't care on that. Sweat and dirt lead to... Clogged pores!!! yuck! Shuddering to herself, she had fiddled with the bottle cap between her fingers, taking a nice gulp of her water, while Aoi had cleaned her dishes. It was lucky on Aoi's part she had finished her water, as she had gone over sweat making fabric stick. Internally, Nejina had almost physically shuddered to it, as it was true on the discomfort levels. "Not to mention the pores all over your body get messed up, being unable to properly breathe until the said fabric is removed..." Which was something Aoi had brought also into account, by the description of the air conditioner. Aoi was coming off understanding in the midst of it, which she was about to take with the senses of mutual respect out of it all. "Wonderful. Mind you, sweat disgusts me, as you have guessed, but I can safely assure I am able to help to a bit of degree. I'm a girl who likes to look her very best for all occasions, but some forms of heat isn't all that bad." Just a parasol, and she would easily be set. In regards to the weather being aforementioned between it all, she had no disagreements at all. "Ah, the rain isn't too bad, especially when it's misty or foggy out. I rather enjoy the gloomier weather. Normally it's cooler to the touch. Seeing what the fog can create among it's clouded veils of mystery adds the luxurious curiosity~."

Aoibheann leaned against the counter, continuing with her curls for a bit as her teammate spoke."Mmm, I would'na go that far. Ain't nothing simple bout makin proper medicine. But, knowin what does what out in the wild can be a grand thing. Save ya using somethin proper fer treatin a minor infection or somethin when ya might be needin it later fer somethin more serious. An' it seems people round 'ere ain't all that knowledgeable bout plants an'll stick some proper deadly stuff in their flower boxes cuz it's sittin pretty. Ever heard of Nerlum Oleander? Right ride of a flower yeah? All shades of pink, read, white. Ain't much more poisonous plants out there than it though. And, sometime, you ain't gotta eat them plants fer 'em ta kill ya. Burnin Oleander ain't a good idea. Toxic as sin that. An' there's some that'll kill ya just by touchin em."
She smiled a little as the girl confirmed she was disgusted by sweat, though, she seemed willing to help to a degree. "Aye, ain't nothin wrong with a little heat. An' I ain't gonna judge ya, but, Huntin', chances are decent ya ain't gettin through a job lookin prim. Like I said, I been out huntin and, sometimes gettin a wee bit manky is what ya needin ta stay outta sight. Ain't much experience with Grimm meself, but, way I see it, less you dealin with some of them larger ones or them ones with special powers, ain't much different than dealin with regular beasts. An gettin in the mud, or letting the smell build can hide ya. An them muppets what can't see the world's holdin on by a thread an decide ta take advantage of others? Yer dealing with a bunch o' scuts tough nough ta be living round the city and out that got guns. If yer in their turf, you ain't walkin down no open road less ya wanna be surrounded. So, gettin dirty is probably gonna happen."
