A clever child, Marcella benefits from a close relationship with her parents, as all of her older siblings are out of the house. While definitely spoiled and certainly capable of manipulating her parents, she does also care for them a great deal, and enjoys doing little things to make their days better or to help them out here and there. Mostly, though, she's a private thing, enjoying her own time absorbed in her own projects.
She doesn't like to speak when not necessary, and dislikes the crowds of Belrea where she lives, preferring to seek out libraries and other places to read and enjoy quiet pursuits. She likes to garden, although she can't quite bond with her sister that way due to how dangerous her garden is.

childhood Marcella is the youngest child of Maritza and Uquin, and with all of her siblings adults and living on their own she lives with her married parents, enjoying a childhood none of her other siblings got to experience. They live in Belrea in a small home there.
