After the pyro intro of CWF WAR, the announcer would exclaim "Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome...... THE CWF CHAMPION.... SAMOA JOEEEE!" Getting a huge pop out of the audience as his theme song begins playing.



The CWF Champion makes his way out from backstage with the title over his shoulder, and a signature Samoa Joe black T shirt on. He stops at the top and looks around at the fans before heading down to the ring, looking as mean and intimidating as ever. Samoa Joe of course, has been CWF Champion ever since he won the Elimination Chamber, eliminating then champion Sting, Shawn Michaels, and Edge, in order to win. He makes it to the steps, walking up them and entering the ring, walking across and holding up his hand in a signature taunt. He paces around the ring, before requesting a microphone and the ringside assistant gives him one through the ropes. Joe's theme fades out, and the fans were eager for what the champion had to say.

"Ya know, ever since I won this beautiful CWF Championship right here, I've developed quite the target on my back. Folks see the championship gold on my shoulder and it causes them to think with their a** instead of their brains. Fellas like Ryback.... " The audience gives a mixed reaction, mostly boos. "Now Ryback, I know you're back there, maybe already regretting that you put my name in yo mouth, but regardless, you issued a challenge towards me, and before I give any sort of answer to that challenge, I want you, Ryback, to bring yourself on down to this ring and hear what I've got to say, face to face, man to man." Samoa Joe looks towards the ramp, knowing Ryback will come out after hearing Joe call his name as the fans were getting antsy knowing a confrontation was imminent.

Samoa Joe watched Ryback make his entrance, as Joe held the CWF Championship over his shoulder. Once Rybacks theme closed, and after an intense moment of staring at one another, Joe begins to speak again. "Now Ryback, I heard your little challenge a couple weeks ago, and I saw what you did to Abyss just before that, which is no easy task...... but let me tell you a lil somethin, you're in the ring with me, Samoa Joe, with the CWF Championship sitting right on my shoulder. That right there is a whole different monster. Let me tell you what I've done since you've been at home nursing your boo boo's, I've been wrecking havoc on EVERYBODY. I stepped inside the ring with Triple H, possibly the best superstar this business has ever seen, and you will NEVER see him in this ring, or quite frankly, in this company ever again. I earned my way into the Elimination Chamber match, going against the very best this company has to offer, and I eliminated Sting, Shawn Michaels and Edge all in the same match, to win this here CWF Championship. All while you were at home, licking your wounds, and watching me. But let me say this Ryback, another thing you need to know about Samoa Joe, is that I never turn down the opportunity to keep making history. I never turn down, the opportunity to fight someone in this ring and defend this belt right here, and I sure as hell, never turn down the opportunity.... to put the man that challenges me, right to sleep." The audience cheers, knowing exactly what Samoa Joe's answer was about to be, as he was really close to Ryback staring him down. "You want a shot at me and my title Ryback, you got it, TONIGHT." Joe officially accepts Rybacks challenge and stares him down waiting to see if his challenger has anything to say.
