Worst Power: When hugged by a member of the opposite sex, he turns into an animal, it only lasts for a limited time (not of his choosing) and when he turns back into human form... He's naked. All negatives.

Anime: Gleipnir Character: Shuichi Kagaya Best Superpower: can turn into a giant living mascot costume. strong on his own, but when someone "wears" the costume they can enhance his already impressive powers. also speculated he can avoid death, his own or the others, when he is in his mascot form. Anime: My Hero Academia Character: Minoru Mineta Worst Superpower: sticky balls. his head is covered in sticky balls that don't stick to him, but causes his head to bleed if he takes too many. emotion_ghost

Best Superpower: Psychokenesis
I mean, she can freely control whatever she wants on such a huge scale it's not even funny. She's also pretty much the only character other than Saitama that actually manages to beat the enemy. Yes, I'm exadurating how useless the rest of the cast, but just barely. Poor Genos.

Worst Superpower: Genki Dama (Spirit bomb)
Yes I know, it hurts me to say it, but's true. The Genki Dama is an awful attack in any realistic scenario. The user has to stand completely still and gather energy for minutes at a time before using the attack. Any time it's used, the enemy has to completely ignore the fact the move is being used, in the case of Frieza. Not take the chance to kill Goku. Or in the case of Kid Buu, someone has to provide a distraction for him to have time to gather the energy. And once the attack is able to be launched, more often then not the enemy then has to stand completely still and let it him them. Again, in the case of Kid Buu, and also Frieza. Both of who were well past fast enough to dodge it, and the former of which was capable of instantaneous teleportation.

Best Superpower: Goro Goro no Mi
It was hard to pick just one of the Logia type devil fruits because they're all so awesome, but the rumble-rumble fruit is almost invincible (except to Luffy lol). Being able to control lightning is great because it's electricity which can be used many different ways. And since he's essentially "made" of lightning, he shouldn't be able to be shocked...XD

Worst Superpower: Inu Inu no Mi Model: Dachshund
It was hard to pick this one because I love dogs, but this really isn't all that helpful an animal to turn into and the zoan type devil fruits are of the weakest/worst. The only perk of this particular character is that it is a sentient bazooka because it was given the dog-dog fruit. However, in most cases fighting or otherwise, a dachshund wouldn't be all that useful...it's not even guaranteed that one would be the size of a dachshund once transformed. Plus, the dog-dog fruit only allows you to turn into 1 particular type of dog, nothing else! (ok, technically the Inu Inu no Mi Model: Dalmatian held by the marine Dalmatian (name) is on the same level as this one but I really like dalmatians...lol)
(was surprised to not see any One Piece powers yet so I tried to pick the best and worst of all types of canon devil fruits of the series lol)
