As you peruse the marketplace by the northern mountain, there's a certain stall run by a mysterious stranger that catches your eye. A variety of colorful potions can be found on display, and it's hard to get a clear answer from the stranger on what exactly each one can do. He speaks in riddles and cryptic phrases, but just when you've about had enough of trying to figure out what he's selling, he hands you a bottle of a bright, glowing pink liquid. "Free sample," he states with a friendly smile. You look down to examine the strange vial, and when you look up again, the stranger -- and his stall -- are gone.
How odd. Well, the stranger did say it was free... best not to waste it. What's the worst that could happen?
Now is your chance to get twists that have never been offered together before -- or maybe you just want a chance at twists you missed out on in the past! For the first time, summer and winter, spring and fall twists can be combined. Maybe you'd like some Enchanted Tea Garden twists with a winter twist for that warm, cozy feeling of drinking something hot on a cold day? Perhaps you'd like to see some dinosaurs with an elemental twist of Nature? Couples are limited to TWO twists each in this ticket-style raffle, and each person can enter up to five couples.

Since rules change periodically when the need arises, please make sure you are up to date on everything listed here. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. We are not obligated to inform you if you have broken a rule. This is a polite reminder that colorists do not have to pass down incredibly complex traits, such as full-body custom scales. Colorists are not required to pass down extreme edits, even for extreme x extreme pairs. Some traits may not be passed down, some traits may be reused. For example, custom legs may not be passed down, and duplicate wings may be used for siblings (or duplicated for the same soq if the soquili is multi-winged). Post certed images. It helps us see soquili without having to click every link! If you don't have a cert, a thumbnailed uncert will suffice, along with a link proving the soquili's eligibility (eg. a cert request made some months ago). Provide full names. This applies to both the soquili and all owners. Please make sure they're spelled correctly as we copy the information directly from the form. Fill out the form completely. If we spot something wrong, we'll point it out so it can be reposted. Forms cannot be edited once slots close. They will be considered locked, so that colorists can determine pairs as soon as they have rolled. Forms cannot be edited if it affects the list. Once the information is put on the main list, we will not be going back and re-checking every form. However, you are allowed to edit anything that doesn't affect the list, such as adding uncerts, teepee links, throwbacks, or form modifiers. If you need to edit anything past that, see the next bullet point: If you need to fix anything that changes the list, (be it by our request or your own) state in this thread that you are voiding your listed entry and that you’ll be reposting. After that, you may post the new form. If you fail to do this and are rolled for an incorrect slot (ex. you removed your unedited couple), your win will be nullified and someone else will be rolled instead. If you are asked to void and repost a form, but edit it instead of voiding and reposting, the entry will be disqualified until you post a new form. Once the list is updated, we will not be going back to check forms. Please repost if asked to do so. You may post up to five pairs per post. You may post less, but not more. A soquili may be involved in multiple pairs; each pair has it's own LL counter that does not reset if they win with another partner. In addition, owners are still capped at two breeding wins per month. This breeding will add to only one pair's LL counter in your post. Please use the applicable modifier if you want this breeding to count for one of your posted pair's LL counter. You may have multiple pairs have their LL counter added to, so long as only one pair per post has an LL counter. A pair may only have its LL counter added to once; if the LL modifier is used on the same pair multiple times, it will only count once. You may post up to two twist forms per couple. You may post less and/or use the same two twists for all your entered couples, but not more. If you have won one breeding this month, you may only be rolled for one pair at most in this thread. You must have basket rights to the breeding (and therefore own or co-own one of the parents) in order to post the breeding. Proxying is not permitted. If you do not have breeding rights to a soquili you co-own, you may NOT receive a basket from that breeding in any way, shape, or form. You may only win two breedings per month total (bribes do not count). If someone wins a breeding raffle slot, then they may only enter one couple for the remainder of the month's raffles. Major mistakes that are spotted after winners have been rolled, such as triple-entries into the breeding raffle or lack of permission, can result in a nullification of the win. BREEDING AND PERMISSIONS
It is required for both owners to post permission for the breeding in the MATES AND PERMISSION THREAD prior to the close of the raffle in order to be eligible for raffles.
UNLESS BOTH PARTIES HAVE POSTED PERMISSION IN THE PERMISSION THREAD (not this one, but the permission thread) BY THE TIME THE RAFFLE CLOSES, THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RAFFLE AND WILL BE REMOVED. This also includes co-owners; if you co-own a soquili and your agreement involves agreeing on mates or breeding, BOTH co-owners have to have posted permission.
CO-OWNERSHIP
If one of the co-owners of a Soq in a pairing is NOT getting baskets from the breeding, please put the co-ownership agreement link in the form in the appropriate place and say who does or does not have breeding rights. We will assume that any pairing submitted without a form counts the breeding toward ALL co-owners. If it's not in the co-ownership agreement, the co-owner forfeiting will need to post here saying as much.
Remember guys, if an owner has no rights to this breeding it MEANS NO RIGHTS. Aka, you cannot gift nor co-own a basket with the person with no rights.

You're giving your colourist some options to consider. This twist form is not something they have to stick to 100% but it is something for them to consider if they feel like it. Children from this breeding will still resemble their parents in some way, e.g colours, markings or traits but they may have new accessories, new colours or new traits added to them from pokemon related inspiration. Soquili who are descendants of existing poke-soquili have a higher chance of throwing back to their ancestor with these twists, even if you don't list it in your preferred pokemon, however, you must actively list them as a throwback.
Baskets may arrive looking like pokemon eggs. Choose wisely!
To discourage people from boxing-in colourists with what options they can consider and to also keep legendaries legendary, there are some restrictions detailed below. Pokemon Likes and legendaries: Pokemon Likes: You must at least post 5 pokemon likes minimum or choose the RNG / CC option Legendaries: You can only choose 1 legendary for every 4 pokemon you list in your likes. Twins & Triplets If you want the possibility of twins or triplets (if applicable) please post this at the top of your form.
