Chibale Isles(Chih-bal-aye) The Alkidikes' Chibale Isles are in fact two islands off of the east coast of Tendaji. Chibale is the home of the Great Tree Aisha and many Alkidike choose to live on these islands to have better access to their Mother and the elders who oversee the Alkidike women.
Isle Ekene (Eh-keen) Population: Alkidike Populations Size: Small-Medium
The island of Ekene not only houses the Great Tree Aisha, but also the majority of the Elders of the Alkidike. Eshe and Yansa both reside on Isle Ekene. All Alkidike women (and some select half-breeds) come to this island once a year to celebrate Aisha and all of her good fortunes upon the Alkidike. The land is covered in dense forest, save for the strip of beach connecting to Isle Amara and the waters closest to Jauhar.
Isle Amara (Ah-mar-ah) Population: Alkidike Population Size: Large
The majority of Alkidike women choose to live on this larger southern island. While it is not the direct home of Aisha, it is secluded from the earthlings and close enough to make it a desired living area. The trip to visit Aisha from Isle Amara can be accomplished by foot as the waters connecting Isle Amara to Isle Ekene only come to about calf-height for a full grown Alkidike. The island's trees are sparse and mostly gathered near the western coast of the island to provide shelter from the harsher waters, creating an open, sandy space of land with an abundance of sun to settle down in.

Jauhar(Jah-haar) The land of Jauhar not only houses the shifters of the canopies, but also the Alkidike women who stretched their legs and left the islands to find roomier accommodations. The Alkidike and shifters, while keeping a substantially better relationship than in the past, still choose to settle a respectable distance away from each other.
Andile (And-Ile) Population: Alkidike Populations Size: Large
Andile is a respectably large settlement to the west, the closest to the Isle Amara. Alkidike find it comforting to be at least reasonably close to the islands they came from and most seem to stop here to settle down. The group is large and acts as its own community, with enough women to call for elders and leaders of their own, though they are seen as leaders serving the original elders back on the islands.
Emeka (Eh-meh-ka) Population: Alkidike, Elaria Population Size: Small
Emeka is a smaller settlement to the north of Andile. While it is closer to Isle Ekene than Andile, the route directly to the isle from there comes to an end with jutting cliffs to the north of Jauhar, making most Alkidike travel back through Andile to Isle Amara first before crossing to Isle Ekene. A small number of elaria also call this location their home, settling in to make peace with their Cousins.
Ast (As-t) Population: Shifter, Alkidike hybrids Population Size: Small
Ast is a shifter settlement that also happens to be what they could consider dangerously close to the Alkidike. Not a lot of shifters choose to reside here, but most who do are not only open to the idea of half-breeds, but welcome them.
Sol (Saw-l) Population: Shifter, Leaf Population Size: Very Large
Sol is the closest settlement to the people of Tale and live in the thinning forest of Jauhar where the trees are more separated and begin to give way to sunlight streaming through. Most shifters choose to congregate here making it the unofficial capital of Jauhar. Every year the Shifters' celebrations are held in Sol.
Neued (New-ed) Population: Shifter, Fire, Water Population Size: Large
Originally, Neued was settled in order to be far away from their Alkidike neighbors. Now, Neued is a bustling town of travel, with a mixed population of Fire earthlings, Water earthlings, and Shifters, though the majority is still a shifter population. While some of the natives chose to move away after the Oban war, this only made room for more diversity to move in. Those who have moved into Jauhar have chosen a combination of living on the forest floor as well as in the canopy.
Kueta (Koo-eh-ta) Population: Shifter, Leaf, Wind, Fire, Water Population Size: Medium
A true amalgamation of travelers, the new city of Kueta was settled to the south of Sol as a stopping point between the lands of Tale and Oba. The steady influx of visitors to the area necessitated a new town to refuel and rest. The people of Kueta are a mix of opportunistic earthlings trying to make their fortune in trade and travel, leading to a diverse and growing population.

Tale(Tah-lay) Tale contains not only stretches of plains, but pockets of large forest that the leaf earthlings can be found living in. The plains of Tale are almost uninhabitable and remain vacant of earthling dwellings.
Yera (Yeh-rah) Population: Leaf, Shifter Populations Size: Very Large
Yera is the closest to the shifter population and happens to be one of the larger forest clusters in Tale. Yera houses many of the wild poscuta of Tale and are common pets among the people here. Both leaf earthlings and shifters call Yera home, due to the many shifters migrating to Tale during the Oban war.
Isd (Is-d) Population: Leaf, Wind Population Size: Small
Isd is a pocket of forest that resides closest to Sauti. It's proximity to the border results in a thinner forest and harder earth. The soft sand of Tale is already replaced by the hard earth of Sauti and many who choose this location do so for the slight drop in temperature.
Yware (Ee-wah-ray) Population: Leaf Population Size: Medium
Yware is one of two settlements that reside next to each other. It is located in the southern area of Tale in the largest forest Tale has to offer. The southern half of Tale is covered in dense forest and also boasts a large population of Kinfa.
Vers (Veh-rs) Population: Leaf Population Size: Medium
Vers is the neighbor to Yware and resides in the largest forest in Tale. Vers is home to a large number of Kinfa tamers who capture, socialize, and sell/trade Kinfa young to the other areas of Jauhar.
Joria (Joh-ria) Population: Leaf, Shifter, Wind, Ice, Fire, Water Population Size: Small
Built into the usually inhospitable plains of Tale, Joria sprouted as a temporary safe-way for those seeking refuge from ware and tyranny in their own lands. Now that Tendaji has become mostly peaceful, these people call Joria their home and make an eclectic mix of races near Yera.

Sauti(Saw-tee or S-ow-tee) Sauti, while for the most part inhospitable, does contain a small number of very small settlements where wind earthlings are able to make do. These tough earthlings have learned to live off of what Sauti cares to provide and have adapted to raise children without travel. The northwestern part of Sauti is covered is rocky terrain and craggy outcroppings, while the southern half is spotted with ponds and lakes with edible fish and plants.
Dernd (Der-nd) Population: Wind Population Size: Very Small
Dernd is an incredibly small settlement to the northwest that makes it's living by trading Sail Scales. Sail scales tend to reside in the rocky outcroppings that surround the northwest and can be captured in multitude and traded off elsewhere. Dernd and Iory work together to create a substantial living through each other.
Iory (EE-yore-ee) Population: Wind Populations Size: Small
Iory is a small settlement to the northwest that makes it's living by raising Sail Scales. Sail scales tend to reside in the rocky outcroppings that surround the northwest and are captured by the people of Dernd and then raised, socialized, and bred in captivity in Iory to be traded to others.
Kesris (Kehs-rihs) Population: Wind Population Size: Small
Kesris is a small settlement to the southeast of Sauti where the land is soft enough to turn agriculture into their living. The people of Kesris work together and split the duties of farming in order to provide an adequate supply of food for everyone. The southern border of Kesris is a steep cliff overlooking Matori.
Tind (Tin-d) Population: Wind, Leaf Population Size: Medium
Tind is the southwestern settlement of Sauti and deals in capramels. They raise, breed, and sell capramels as well as live off of them for nutrients. Capramel, paired with the small amount of edible plant life near the ponds in southern Sauti are enough to feed their population. In recent times, leaf earthlings have started to settle into Tind, commingling with the wind earthlings of Tind.
Tinerr (Tin-ehr) **Airship Port** Population: Wind, Ice, Lightning, Geian Population Size: Large
Tinerr is the largest population of Sauti and is home to the only Tendaji-based airship port to Belrea. The neighboring towns and Tinerr make their living through the travel to and from Belrea and through Zena. Tinerr mostly deals as an organizational hub for the neighboring towns, bustling with travelers lately.
Liem (Lee-ehm) Population: Wind, Ice Population Size: Small
Liem is the nothern neighbor to Tinerr and is even closer to Zena than Tinerr is. Their people work as the middle men for trade between Zena and Tinerr.
Rayf (Ray-ff) Population: Wind, Ice Population Size: Very Small
The people of Rayf do what they can with the raising of morackers. Morackers don't make for very good meat but are a choice of pet and a sense of home protection for many people in Zena and Sauti. A moracker will crack its tail in response to strangers and can alarm earthlings to intruders of any kind, whether animal or person.
Mez (Mehz) Population: Wind Population Size: Very Small
Mez, the southern neighbor to Tinerr, handles collecting timber, rocks, and any other items that can be used in the building of houses for their neighboring towns as well as Zenans. Zena(Zay-nah) Zena is the northernmost area of Tendaji and is covered in snow for about half of the year. During their summer, it is still rare for Zena to come above 60 degrees and makes fur trading a large part of their work.
Eia (Aye-ah) Population: Ice Population Size: Very Small
Eia is a small Zenan town in the "belts" of Zena. The three towns make up the belt and live fairly secluded from the rest of the earthlings. The southern border of Zena where they reside is covered by mountains, making travel south impossible without first traveling farther into Zena and then out through Coeld.
Dulban (Duhl-bann) Population: Ice Populations Size: Medium
Dulban is the middle town of the "belts" of Zena and is the largest of the three. Dulban deals with fur trading and gathering the fur from Roati and Mammu. They would deal with Raptrix if they could, but Raptrix fur is harder to obtain and less desirable.

Etine (Eh-teen) Population: Ice Population Size: Very Small
Although Etine is incredibly close to Coeld, it chooses not to follow in line with their practices. Etine is a very small village that relies on self sufficiency to survive, rather than trade.
Zidel (Zih-dell) Population: Ice, Wind Population Size: Large
Zidel is the largest city in Zena and the location of the Grand Council. The council consists of both Zenans and the people of Sauti. Those from Sauti tend to stay in the city for long periods of time during council. Some members decide to leave their family in Zena permanently while they deliver word to the others in Sauti, making Zidel not only the largest city in Zena but one that is easiest to find mixed families.
Secer (See-sehr) Population: Ice Population Size: Small
Secer is another secluded land in Zena. They are ringed by mountains and are a small town, but they deal in Raptrix training. Raptrix can be bred and bought in this town, and it is not uncommon for people from all over who find Raptrix to bring them here to train them for manners, commands, and riding.

 Pale’iko (Pah-lay-ee-koh)
Pale’iko is a vibrant area that flourishes thanks to its natural spring and massive rivers. The spring leads to sweeping falls that feed the river, eventually splitting into lakes. Noelani (Noh-lah-nee) Population: Kaha’iko Populations Size: Medium
Noelani is a medium sized settlement located near the edge of the Noelani clifftop spring. Most Kaha’iko elders make a pilgrimage up the cliffs to settle in the waters for rejuvenation and guidance, turning this modest population into a sort of retirement community. Most Kaha’iko do travel to the spring once a year to bathe in the waters for spiritual purposes, and will rest in the large ruin-like city where the council resides. Outside of these times, the city takes on a slow pace filled with study, meditation, and renewal; and most who visit feel as if they’ve stepped out of time.
Waipuka (Why-poo-kah) Population: Kaha’iko Populations Size: Very Large
Waipuka is the largest settlement, located where the smaller rivers from the falls converge into one. The Kaha’iko have developed a system of homes that spread across the many forks in the river, and the settlement has become the center of Pale’iko in terms of travel. All residents must pass through Waipuka to travel to and from Noelani, and as a result this settlement has become a prime spot for trading and wealth for residents and visitors alike.
A’asti (Ah-ah-stee) Population: Kaha’iko Populations Size: Medium
A’asti is well known for its swelling rapids and deep drops, resulting in many of the homes being reinforced closer to the shore. Pu’honu (Poo-hone-oo) Population: Kaha’iko, Hapuna Populations Size: Very Small
Pu’honu was once a great settlement, used mainly as a final rest stop before the river met the sea farther south. It had become all but a ruin thanks to the river drying out during the Great Drought but during the years after, they have reunited with the sea to the south and the Hapuna who live there. The Kaha’iko that reside here focus on harvesting the land-based resources, and travel up stream to trade with A’asti to the north.
Malie (Mahl-ee) Population: Kaha’iko, Menehune Populations Size: Large
Malie is the largest settlement on still water, and a major location for collecting natural resources for clothing. Most residents dive deep into the clear waters of the lake, fishing for food and longer weeds. On the shore is a healthy population of reeds that produce fluff used to create cloth. Recently, residents have begun working to tame the local fauna, curious if they can use them as workers and pets.

 Elehun (El-aye-hoon)
Elehun is known for its slow moving, murky waters. Creatures of all sorts live in the dark waters, providing both ample hunting ground and areas of danger depending on what is dwelling beneath the surface. Most settlements in Elehun are self-governing, and limited exposure has occurred with their neighbors. Elehun, based on its geography, is the most likely to have smaller settlements other than the ones listed, but all will follow a form of the Ko’kapu.
Naele (Nay-lee) Population: Menehune, Kaha’iko Populations Size: Small
Naele is a small settlement lining the border between Elehun and Pale’iko. The Ko’kapu is more relaxed here than most other settlements thanks to the influence of the Kaha’iko, who occasionally will cross their border to visit. Their area transitions between both areas' geography, making the waters visibly churning and murky.
Salicora (Sal-e-core-ah) Population: Menehune Population Size: Medium
Salicora is a medium settlement known for its vibrant population of plants that grow on the waters. Menehune residents have recently developed a technique of burning these plants and creating glass from the ashes; most used for tools and modest decoration. Most houses have stone-like patios housing the fire pits used in this process.
Loehana (Low-ha-nah) Population: Menehune Population Size: Medium
Loehana is located near a network of shallow waterways, where dark brown water weeds are cultivated and harvested to create clothing for the Menehune. Specialized drying buildings crop up along the village where they house mass amounts of the weeds used for their clothing.
Po’onua (Poh-oh-new-ah) Population: Menehune Population Size: Small
Po’onua is the farthest settlement from Pale’iko, and has some of the most dedicated followers of the Ko’kapu. Life moves slowly in the settlement, which focuses on hunting and gathering the resources around them. This settlement is known to have the deepest waterways, which provides both an abundance of food and predators to avoid.

 Haukea (Hah-oo-kay-ah)
The area of Haukea is as bright and vibrant as its inhabitants, the Hapuna. Teaming with animal and plant life, Haukea is a bustling hub of trade, community, and growth. The beaches and coastlines are lined with various species of mangroves, protecting the area from the harsh waves of the open ocean, allowing for the laid back life that the people of Haukea live. Centered around the Great Reef, the towns of the Hapuna not only feature the housing structures nestled against the gentle waves of the inlets, but also the sturdy platforms that the Hapuna use to casually sunbathe out on the waters.
Elikapeka (Eh-lee-kah-pay-kah) Population: Hapuna, Kaha’iko, Moakai Populations Size: Large
Considered to be the capital of Haukea, Elikapeka is the largest settlement in the area. They are located both near the mouth of the river leading to Pale’iko as well as the island of Ka'lei in the sea, giving it the ability to trade with the other Hapuna towns as well as their two neighboring lands. Elikapeka has a vast population of crafters to provide what are considered to be the luxury goods of the Hapuna, such as jewelry, fine clothing, decorations, etc, and are the central trading hub with the Moakai.
Kiliwa (Ki-lee-wah) Population: Hapuna, Kaha'iko Populations Size: Medium
Located closest to the river entrance, Kiliwa was once a large trade town, transporting goods to Pale’iko. When the rivers dried up and the Hapuna were no longer able to transport their goods to their northern cousins, the town of Kiliwa shrunk considerably, and instead transferred its efforts to resources such as wood and other plant life for everyday items and clothing. It is just now starting to make a return now that the Great Drought it over.
Lokelani (Lo-kay-lah-nee) Population: Hapuna, Moakai Populations Size: Medium
Lokelani is quite smaller than the capital Elikapeka, and sits at the western entrance to the Great Reef inlet. The people there work to bridge the gap between Elikapeka and the small sister villages of Kealoha and Ioke, trading between the two sides and providing goods that the smaller villages couldn’t otherwise get.
Kealoha (Kay-ah-lo-ha) Population: Hapuna Populations Size: Small The village of Kealoha sits the furthest north of the two settlements in the Small Reef, and works to provide most of the shellfish meat that the others in the larger inlet eat. They are master net crafters and ship their nets all over Haukea and Ka’lei both for the other locations to use. Hapuna travel to the smaller sister villages to the west when they want to catch larger waves to surf and have fun in.
Ioke (Ee-oh-kay) Population: Hapuna Populations Size: Small
The southernmost village of the two Small Reef settlements, Ioke is more open to the ocean than any other Haukea town. They suffer from the worst weather out of all of the settlements due to their exposure to the ocean, but are able to pull in more exotic species of fish for food, which in turn drives their trade. The people of Ioke and those that visit there take advantage of the larger waves through surfing.

 Ka'lei (Ka Lay)
With islands so far out in the ocean, Ka’lei had been hard to reach for all but their neighboring Hapuna cousins. Their dense foliage and landscape of drops and trenches cast a permanent shadow in Ka'lei. Light filters off and leaves the villages nestled in the bottom of trenches near-black. But where sunlight might not reach their depths, bioluminescence lights Ka’lei’s settlements. The people of Ka’lei use the bioluminescence from the plants and animals to light their towns, engulfing the buildings in a dusky glow and cast of shadows. This gives the cities here an eerie and... otherworldly vibe.
Akamu (Ah-kah-moo) Population: Moakai, Hapuna Populations Size: Large
Known as the Twilight City, Akamu is a pit stop on the way into Ka’lei. The area sits on the top of the large trench that houses the rest of Ka’lei, making it closer to the canopy than the other settlements, bathing the town in perpetual dusk. The town thrives, making its main source of income through trading between the rest of Ka’lei and Haukea. This trading allows for the city of Akamu to be quite large, with many travelers known to stop here and usually preferring not to go any deeper into Ka'lei.
Elekawa (Eh-lay-kah-wah) Population: Moakai Populations Size: Large
Considered to be the capital of Ka’lei, Elekawa houses the majority of the Moakai people located in the trench and flourishes in its culture and business. People in Elekawa specialize in many things, from jewelry and clothing, to furniture building and housing, to entertainment. Almost any trade a person could be looking for can be found in Elekawa.
Kalama (Kah-lah-mah) Population: Moakai Populations Size: Medium
To the north of Elekawa lies the settlement of Kalama. Smaller in size than both Elekawa and Akamu, Kalama is a more quaint area for Moakais to make their homes. The main trade of Kalama is hunting the large fauna for food and materials, which is then shipped to Elekawa.
Hu'i (Hoo-ee) Population: Moakai Populations Size: Small
Hu’i is the smallest town in Ka’lei, as not many of the Moakai prefer to be this far into the rocky trenches. The steep walls of the trench curve and almost close at the top, making it almost impossible for a kahikinan to reach Hu'i without first traveling north from Kalama. The people who do settle here find that they prefer the quiet solitude of small town living, and they mostly are able to sustain themselves without having to deal too often with the southern settlements.

 Po'lua (Poe Loo-a)
Deeper and darker than anywhere else in Tendaji, the caves of Po'lua are navigable only by the most experienced of residents. For those unfamiliar with the caves, they appear cold, dark, and nearly void of life. But for the residents with their attuned eyesight, the caves are filled with bio-luminescent flora and fauna. If a visitor finds the right guide, they might find themselves going on a grand adventure deep down to the center of the world.
It's important to note that the people of Po'lua are the most extended of all races. The tunnel system extends under all of Kahikina, and many clusters have found a home deep in the cave. The settlements listed below are only the largest of them all.
HOTA (Hoh-tah) Population: Kawena, Moakai Populations Size: Medium
Being closest to the original entrance to the caves, Hota is the largest settlement of Po'lua. It is here where the tribes gather when resolving issues, and as a result it has become the most diverse of settlements. However, even the elders of Hota expect travelers to respect their tribal rules, and underneath the comraderie is a sense of respect by all.
IWAY (Ee-way) Population: Kawena Populations Size: Small
Also known as the land of moss, Iway is the closest Po'lua has to a farming community. The residents have spent generations learning how to cultivate the fauna of the caves and consider themselves experts in their field. They will often spend an entire season growing their crop before sending runners to the other tribes to trade their wares. Many see Iway as the crossroads of Po'lua and will spend time resting there before traversing to their respective lands.
TAMAR (Tah-mar) Population: Kawena Populations Size: Small
The smallest settlement in Po'lua, only the most seasoned of travelers can make it to Tamar without a guide. As a result, many do not travel to the proclaimed 'center of the world', and those who hail from this village depend only on themselves. Independent, wild, and well known for their willingness to travel as deep as they can manage, the settlers of Tamar are the most secluded of tribes and often hardly seen by those outside of their lands.
