Personality: A young buck on the smaller side of the scale; he makes up for it with a big attitude. Outgoing and boisterous, this charmer loves to play games and get into all sorts of mischief. If you're looking for a partner in crime or a bun to keep you on your toes, Huck's probably the bun for you.

Getting some ToWD rabbits converted heart I'm not expecting them to translate perfectly since ToWD was very loose with actual rabbit colorings.
Windsong Warren:
Warren Application Gaia Username: Roserain Warren Name: Windsong Warren Desired Region: Sunset Acres, perhaps fairly close to the Arbor if that's alright. (I can see a lot of interaction between the two warrens xD)
General Information Describe the structure of your warren: (For the best reading and understanding experience, I suggest reading the warren history first! Otherwise this might not make as much sense.)
This warren has just settled down! It's quite young and small, and will need help growing into what it can be. As of right now, most problems are brought to old Thatch, since he's rather smart and has seen enough to know better. Mothdust usually keeps everyone together though, and looks after the well-being of everyone.
The warren would be rather open, rabbits could come and go as they please, especially as they're off on their next adventure for the basis of their next tale. Travelers are welcome, and quite enjoyed. Mothdust just asks that you give Thatch his alone time otherwise he's grumpy and no one wants to deal with him when he's like that.
Rabbits might see this warren as an in-between for now. A group of friendly faces to talk with and eat next to for a time before carrying on. There are of course those that have decided to stay and make this their permanent home, but a rabbit staying for a season before carrying on is not uncommon.
Describe the history of you warren: Oh, this certainly depends on who you talk to. If you ask Mothdust you'll get a story about how when he was a kit a great moth, bigger than anything, picked him up out of the grass. He knew it was a moth because it made no sound, and carried him far, far away on beautiful wings. The moth brought him to the biggest tree in the world. So big, the moon was tangled up in its branches. So close was the moon that Mothdust tried to reach out and touch it, only to have his paws burned by moonlight. The great moth kissed his nose and took the pain away, but because Mothdust had tried to touch the moon, he was forced to leave the tree. He'll say he remembers running down the tree's trunk, as if he could run straight down, and landed on soft earth. Here he found clover, the first he'd ever tasted, their small white flowers looking like mini moons as he munched happily until he was full and tired. He found a scrape to sleep in, and when he awoke there was Thatch! Thatch took care of him, and together they went on many adventures until Thatch was too old to get around easily. Along the way they made many friends, and some even joined them. Now they have found a place to settle, where the wind makes music through the grass and Thatch can rest his old legs.
However; if you ask old Thatch how this all came about, he'll tell you that he found an abandoned kitten sleeping under a tree with an owl's nest in it. The poor mite looked worse for the wear so he took him back to his burrow to rest. He's pretty sure he regrets that decision, as now the bugger is bigger and won't shut up. No matter where he went the white kit followed.
(Mothdust will interject by holding up his paws, which are indeed not white. Thatch will snort and say they used to be. Mothdust will insist they're darker now from where the moon burned him, and his face is dark because of the moth's kiss. Thatch will of course snort at that, and continue with his version of events.)
Thatch will say he crossed streams and forests, and still the little guy persisted. What's more, sometimes he'd have the misfortune of running into another rabbit that was fool enough to tag along. And now that his leg's aren't so good for running anymore he can't escape the lot of 'em.
To which Mothdust will sigh and shake his head, but it feels affable. You get the feeling Thatch is actually quite fond of his traveling companion, in spite of his gruff words. You wouldn't have long to reflect though, before you'd be beset upon with another tale. Perhaps from Mothdust about the one time they caught a silver whale. Or perhaps from another rabbit that has traveled here with them. Or countless others that enjoy sharing their stories. After all, who are we without our tales. Describe the ranks in your warren: In time I imagine Thatch to be something of the chief of the warren, although begrudgingly. He actually cares quite a lot about the welfare of every rabbit here, but never asked for such authority.
He's keeping his eye out for a strong and brave rabbit that's more level-headed than Mothdust to act as his eyes and ears around the warren and out in the field. I imagine at some point there will be a more established sentry; rabbits that are more than happy to look for danger and report on it. (The street cred certainly helps with impressing potential mates, and the storytellers are always eager to hear more that might inspire them.)
He's also on the lookout for a few very swift rabbits that would have no trouble carrying a message to other warrens if need be. And accurately, so less of this flim flam like Mothdust goes on about.
Though, rabbits like him do have their place. They entertain travelers and watch over the kittens and keep them safe. The best storytellers and the best stories are highly prized, and rabbits will often gather in the main den of the largest burrow as a sort of open forum where tales are often told.
It is not unheard of for a storyteller to go off on an adventure, either on their own or with another rabbit, in search of the next great tale to tell. Something of value to bring back to the warren.
Describe how rabbits can join your warren: They would just simply decide to stay. Any traveler is welcome to share space here, and if they decide to just stay forever no one would mind.
Describe any special interests of your warren: Talk is the common trade here, and the bigger and better your stories, the higher you're esteemed here. After all, a rabbit courting another might go off on a grand adventure to find a trinket worthy of their love, but the real gift is the story of the trip and what they risked to bring this favor to you.
It wouldn't be uncommon at all for rabbits to visit the Arbor warren and barter for dye to commemorate their tales and adventures. I suspect this would even add to the drama of their storytelling and might gain them favor.
Not everyone is fantastical in their tales. Thatch is very matter-of-fact, but that doesn't mean him recounting close escapes are less impactful. There are different ways to express an idea, and all are welcome here. Rabbits might of course have their own preferences, but everyone has a place at the table as it were.
Stories are often how cultures explain the world, pass on morals, warn of danger, and help shape our world. This warren just takes it a bit more to the extreme. (But I bet you they'd be fun at parties.)
Anything else: Feedback is highly welcome! If this warren isn't selected this time I would love to pursue this idea and any advice on getting there would be welcome. <3
Membership (Don't know yet)
Member Booster (These five rabbits are semi customs - you may pick their gender and one thing about them. Eg. Lop, otter, blue, etc. If you have specific plans for them within the warren please describe.)
Rabbit 1 (Thatch) - Buck - (He's an old dude, so if you want to add white ticking or scars or something to show age it would be in character, but I have nothing specific in mind.) Details About Rabbit 1: He'll be the chief in a manner of speaking. The rabbit that found Mothdust and kept him safe in spite of Moth's best efforts to get into trouble. He's gruff but warm-hearted.
Rabbit 2 (Mothdust) - Buck - Himalayan? I think that's the genetic that the kittens look white at birth but develop points later in life. Details About Rabbit 2: A young and outgoing buck with very tall tales. Loves to entertain others and is a very friendly sort. Perhaps annoyingly so for some.
Rabbit 3 - Doe - Blue eyes (please!) Details About Rabbit 3: One of the rabbits they met along the way that decided to tag along with them.
Rabbit 4 - Gender - Otter Details About Rabbit 4: Another tag along on their adventures before they settled down.
Rabbit 5 - Gender - One Thing Details About Rabbit 5: And the final tag along <3
