Time for a Team analisis! xd
Ninetails(female) Item:Leftovers (with base 100 speed and special defense you are a fast special sponge annoyer, and a really good one!) Flamethrower(STAB is the only reason for this move, and you have the speed to take advantage of it, focus however on your speed and special defense, not special attack, there is nothing immune to fire so don't worry about having extra attack moves here, there isn't much variety availible on this pok anyway) Safeguard (you don't have the base special or type to take advantage of Faint Attack, and this way you can counter annoyers and other tanks) Confuse Ray Will O' Whisp (if possible, this move would be a better choice than Hypnosis, lower's opponent's attack and causes damage, burning works well with confusion, unlike sleep)
Umbreon(male) Item:Leftovers Rest (moon light is nice, but you have the defenses to use rest, and getting rid of status effects is really nice, sitting around wasting turns while your opponent slowly dies to toxic is nice too!) Mean Look(If you come across a foe who you don't want swiching out, don't let them!) Confuse Ray(a very nice move to have, speeds up your opponent's death to toxic, make sure to use toxic first though, this isn't reliable and toxic damage increases each turn) Toxic (Umbreon has next to no special attack, miserable speed and attack as well, umbreon's stats SCREAM tanking, toxic REALLY is your saving grace)
Feraligator(male) Item: Scope Lens (getting some critical chance is your best bet for this generally weak offensive brute, you have nice physical defense and should focus primarily on your physical defense, attack, and probably invest a little in speed just to keep up) Surf(STAB, don't worry about your special attack, you are mostly using attacks, this one can live off your Water typing for damage) Brick Break(This move is SO great, and wonderfully purchaceable in FR/LG, 80 pow fighting move with no drawbacks that breaks down reflect and light screen) Ancientpower(for dragonslaying, you are better off relying on your high attack score and the flying dragons' weakness to rock moves, plus, you DO stand a good chance to take advantage of ALL your stats) Earthquake(DUR! The 00ber ground move of DOOM!)
Medicham(female) Item: Quick Claw (don't focus on speed, let the quick claw keep you keeping up with even the fastest of pkmns, you want to focus on your freely doubbled attack, your defenses (HP D and SD, try for a high HP medicham) and your varied moveset) Substitute(Preps for focus punch and is more reliable and controlled than attract) Focus Punch (you have a godly attack, plus fighting type, USE IT! Predict Swiches and Abuse it's combo with substitue) Shadow Ball (this move is wonderfull when focus punch sucks, perfect compliment to it) Rock Slide (for when they try to kill you off with your flying weakness wink )
Marowak(male) Item:Thick Club (This is a Marowak/Cubone only item which doubble's your attack, it is what makes marowak so popular with an attack ability surpassing all others) Bonemarang(Marowak's signature move is excellent against people who use substitute as first it breaks the sub, then attacks the likely weak subber, don't try it against flying subbers like ninjask though) Aerial Ace(Flying moves are nice for physical attacks) Rock Slide(Anti-flyer move) Brick Break (what else?)
Crobat(male): Item: King's Rock, you have the speed to take advantage of the flinching effect) Wing Attack(Better than fly due to greater reliablity, nice move overall) Sludge Bomb(STABED SLUDGE BOMB!!! very nice with high attack and speed) Haze(get rid of those annoying stat boosts) Shadow Ball(Good compliment to this fast physical sweeper)
Really, this team is FAR too focused on physical attackers, you need some special attackers, also, most of the team lacks speed, ninetails and crobat are OK but a single jolteon would probably cream this team no matter what movesets you used. I reccomend dropping Medicham and Feraligator, they don't really serve a purpose on this team that Crobat and Marowak don't allready cover. Good replacements might be a heal beller of some sort (blissey, milktank, chimecho etc.) and a nice special sweeper such as gengar or alakazam.

I was going to recommend Sludge Bomb for Crobat. Good job in knowing the value of a typically underrated Pokemon. Other than that, I really don't know. I don't worry too much about maximizing stats and items; I know that if I train my Pokemon enough, then I can overcome even the most devastating type disadvantages (except, of course, in cases such as Psychic vs. Dark, Poison vs. Steel, Ground vs. Flying, and Normal vs. Ghost [and vice versa]).
