Translated to "The island of Blue Roses", this abandoned island is just off the coast of France. A mermaid trying to swim from the island to France's shores would take about a week and a half at most. The island is also positioned in a spot where most merfolk end up before washing ashore. It is home to the dragon named Calliope who tries to help the mermaids, but they always insist that the human world is what they need. The house itself was built by Calliope and it is protected by a magical field. Even the running water and electricity seem to emanate with a magical aura.

Calliope sang as she started making herself some breakfast. After cooking her breakfast of bacon pancakes, she put them in a pic-nic basket and went upstairs to take a bath. The water glimmering with a magical energy unlike anything seen in the world before. As she got cleaned up, Calliope's eyes started to emanate a gentle glow signaling that her magic was restored. As long as she bathed daily, she'd be able to maintain the shield around her home.
She got dressed in a navy-colored sundress that matched the exotic roses that were spread across the beach. A basket of bacon pancakes in hand, Calliope left the house for the beach in her backyard. She took a seat on a beach towel she laid out, and began to eat. "Oh man, this is good."

It's been a long swim around but got lost for a bit. The man that is with them but got lost because of looking for something to help the man to the land. 🦋 Wearing the kimono she had on days before, Nari was knocked out cold on the shores of a mysterious island. The poor girl had what appeared to be some sort of rash on her upper back, covering her shoulder blades. Her kimono had been torn there too, offering it little protection against the elements. A storm had likely been the cause of her making it to an island like this. As her injury started to bleed slightly, her brightly colored scales glimmered in the sun as she breathed. She was lucky to be alive.

OOC: Sorry if this description is too much. It's just an injury on my character and will not kill her. In fact, it will be important later.
"Hm?" Calliope swallowed her food hard. She could have sworn she'd seen something in the distance, but Calliope wasn't too sure. They were a bit far from shore, but she waited to see if they'd get closer. The last visitor she had was a blue-haired princess who claimed she came all the way from the Baltic sea. Perhaps these two knew her? But then, another mermaid with an orange tail caught her eye on shore. She appeared hurt, and Calliope frantically went down to wake her up. "Please, wake up." She said, shaking Nari when she noticed her shoulder felt sticky. "Oh my gosh!" She screamed, taking the beach towel and waving it in the air to make an S.O.S. signal at the other two mermaids. Hopefully they'd be of help. Waving the towel around also helped get the sand off. Immediately, Calliope took the towel and wrapped it around Nari's back so that the other two mermaids wouldn't be frightened from the injury.. Then, Calliope picked her up to carry her on her back. "Don't worry little mermaid, you'll be fine. Let's wait for the others."
🦋 Nari groaned in pain. She felt herself get lifted out of the water as a lady with Dark navy hair and Ruby eyes lifted her from the water. The voice sounded lady like, but her vision was hazy and all she could see were the colorful shapes of her eyes and hair. "M-mom? H-have I f-found you?" She stammered, rubbing her face into the soft fabric of the woman's sundress on her shoulders.
They both saw another mermaid, but she was injured. Luka swims to the girl and use her water powers to heal up the mermaid. "here, I can use my powers to heal her."
"my twin is a healer and fighter. So she can heal anything."
"What? I haven't had any children!" She responded with a giggle. It was clear the mermaid on her shoulders was acting a bit loopy. Then, the other two mermaids from the waters came to help. "Oh thank goodness!"Calliope sighed with relief, glad she wouldn't have to expend any of her energy. "My house is just around the corner. You girls are more than welcome to join me for breakfast." Calliope added, right before realizing she forgot to introduce herself. "Oh, My name is Calliope Róza. Although, I usually just go by Calli." She finished.
🦋 A moment passed, and Nari began to feel relief. She woke up fully and looked around, but her back was healed for now. "Woah..What is this place?" She asked in awe before realizing she was on a dragons back. Immediately, she jumped off. "EEEK!" The minute she touched the sand, she had human legs. "Oh, sorry about that. I didn't expect a dragon. I thought they were extinct! Anyways, My name's Nari. Thanks for saving me."
"Thank you both for helping me out. I wasn't sure if I could really heal her." Calliope said despite having 900 years of magical experience under her belt. "Don't worry, Nari. I get that alot, except I'm a water dragon. The worst I could do is spray you with water." She said with a giggle. Even though with her magical experience, she could send an entire city underwater if she wished, but she wouldn't do that to one of her favorite places. "I forget most of you mermaids enjoy the water. We're you all looking for something?" She asked "I wouldn't want to interrupt your journey."
"I see..Not to be nosy, but what are you girls looking for in France?" Calliope asked, more than willing to help them get there. "I could make a portal for you girls just like that, but you'll forget us when you travel through it. Although.." She chimed, having an idea. "I do have a house back here, but I could just take you to France myself. You did help me after all, and I'd be happy to return the favor."
